Drive thru was quick mcnuggets and French fries wereok. Could ha e been hotter but otherwise ok

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Was skipped not onve, but twice in the drive thru. Absolutely garbage & pathetic of an excuse for a 'restaurant'

It's McDonald's. The fries are great and breakfast is good and everything else is ok

Soggy cold nasty fries 2 bucks straight into garbage. Terrible ATTITUDES. I'm going to Wendy's their NEW FRIES ARE THE BOMB!

25 minutes drive thru time messed the order up and didn't put any sauce in the bag when asked. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been too.

Extremely slow probably the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had will not eat here again

The staff was friendly. The food was cold. I waited in a long line at the drive-thru. No worries though, it was that time of day. But to get my food and have it be cold? How much food did they make in advance? There was no way that food was fresh. I won't be going there again.

The burger was cook to order so it was hot and fresh. The fries weren't hot so I had to ask them to cook me some fresh fries and they did.

We went to the McDonald's in Seven Hills, firstly it was very crowded, then we placed a very specific order, well of course, you know what happened. After waiting 20 minutes, we finally get our order and it was not how or what we ordered. I tell you, it's hard to get good help these days! OMG! SMH.

Took forever. Got fruit and maple oatmeal. No spoon no fruit. In line for ten minutes. Went inside to get spoon and fruit and told didn't have apples. Did not apologize or anything.

I get that employees aren't always up for an achievement award but the underachiever that served me eventually was comical- I had to get her attention at the service point by coughing loudly (with a mask on) to distract her from her phone to order. Once she got it she sauntered to the 'safe space' of the drive through window to 'serve customers their drinks' (actually back on the phone and ignoring the drinks orders piling up). She slipped twice on the already dirty floor & then went to the bathroom where I can only assume she was texting further. The baby changing area was in the ladies which as a male asked her if it was ok to use- no sanitation bin in the restroom and a pile of used papers was in the corner so the diapers had to join it. She ignored me as I returned to ask for the cup tops that were not stocked despite there not being any significant queue in the place from when I entered or exit, ignored me and then the manager finally came to my aid and must have told her to do it. Which she done in a huff. I don't expect world class service but this was a joke. The area wasn't very clean (found fries on 4 empty tables, smears on other things) and IT WASN'T BUSY! Wouldn't recommend a stop here in the future unless your really in trouble.

I was traveling through and stopped here and I wish I didn't. They screwed up my order then argued with me that they didn't. I showed them my receipt and they still argued with me. I left because I'm not going to waist my time arguing with career burger flippers.

Food was burnt and my shake had chunks of ice still in it instead of being like a smoothie.

This is the first time I have been to this McDonald's. The woman couldn't get the order right as we were giving it to her, said she wasn't able to put the medium coffee with an exspresso shot into a large cup (so it didn't spill like many other times) then told us to hold on and started taking the order from the car in the next isle (double driveway) so we pulled out of the drive thru to go inside, so our order was right, and the doors were locked.

Wrong order was given to us. Barely any lettuce on the chicken sandwich. Internet said breakfast was served until 11: 30 on Fridays. Arrived at 10: 30 and they had already stopped serving. The whole experience was very disappointing.

Waited in line for 20 min. Person on the intercom was very unprofessional. Didnt give total, didnt say to pull forward, was slapping the outside wall while taking the just one card they manged to accomplish in 20 min. Of the 15 or so cars the first 3 stayed while the others and i drove off. They were open, workers getting paid, yet no one was working. What the heck man the owner needs to fix it.

This location is generally quick and accurate. Today's experience was neither. Will visit again due to convenient location but will visit less often.

This McDonald’s is horrible! The wait in the drive through takes forever and then the people just stand there while your food sits and talk amongst each other. They don’t fill up the coffee either.

The service and the food are bad. I ordered a Big Mac and fries and there is no meat on the sandwich whatsoever! Their prices went up and their quality has went down! I guess, what can you expect for a fast food restaurant! Done with this place.

Okay. Long wait time with noone in the drive thru and only 3 small uber eats orders. Understaffed but hey who isnt2 right now. But juat keep that in mind when visiting.
