McDonald's, Twinsburg OH

Typical McDonald's. At least their dining room is open so you don't have to wait an hour in the drive through. Friendly service inside was nice too, instead of some grumpy overworked person throwing your food at you when it's ready. And this place actually got my order correct and I wasn't missing any food. Bonus! Update: Still a good McDonald's to hut up. Taxes are a bit higher here, but not their fault.

Why did I have to sit in line 35 mins last night? And get cold food and people @ register cant figure out how to give correct change back omg this generation what’s going on @ this MC Donald’s?

McDonalds never changes. The food was terrible. Salt was the predominant taste. Ice tea as always great. Nuggets hard as a rock.

Staff was very fast, efficient, and friendly. Good was hot and fresh. Prices did go up a lil. Inside very clean. Little bit of a wait, but worth it. Thank you?

The person behind the counter saw me struggling at the kiosk while ordering. She came and helped me, then took me to the counter to take my order. Natasha was so friendly and was a positive ambassador for the restaurant.

The quality of this location seems to be suffering. We attempted to pick up our mobile order, however, after we tried to tell the app we were located in parking spot number 1, the mobile app would not accept that update.
The lobby was closed, so we couldn't go inside to alert them that we had arrived.
The drive thru line didn't move in over 15 minutes, other than when other drivers left in frustration for the line not moving.

We ended up just leaving and hoping our credit card wasn't charged.

I understand that staffing issues are a real problem, but the mobile app doesn't give visibility to that. If the employees here are wildly under staffed, I feel bad, as this isn't their fault, but it will make me avoid this location for future trips.

The crew was great! Lunch time crowd and only a 10min wait on a complex order from start to finish.

We waited in line for 20 min before placing our order.
I requested no salt on my fries and they put salt on it. I don't think they look at the order on the monitor very clearly. My receipt says "*no salt".
I only go there once every 6-7 months because I have not been happy with their food.
I'd rather spend my money on Wendy's outside of twinsburg.

Pathetic. Nothing else was open. The fries holder wasn't even open and was ridiculous for $3. There was no care. Whimpy, pathetic burger and chicken sandwich as well.

Lobby closed for no reason. -. Waited over 30 minutes will not be returning to this location

Always good service with minor delays. Have to check bag each time since they have missed items in the past

Drive thru looked crowded so I went inside, LI wanted was coffee took way too long, people behind me with food order received their order first and I was still standing there. Nice and clean.

Ordered at drive thru. Make sure you check your order before you leave! Did not check until I got home. Won't go back!

The staff is always friendly, even under pressure at the busiest times. The food is always hot and fresh.

Teens with near zero work ethic, extremely slow, food is awful. It takes them nearly 10 min to say anything when you get to the speaker, if you're lucky.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries, a cone and a regular coke.got 1 sandwich and fries, a diet coke and a cone. Wasn't offered a receipt or confirmed the cost of my order. DON'T RECOMEND at all!

I get that working g at a fast time restaurant t with teens stuck on their cell phones can be very.busy, but, if a customers order was not correct, management is not answering the phone, the lobby doors are locked, which leaves no other choice but to wait through the drive through line to get their order correct, or a refund because this is way too much for fast food, what makes you think that a middle aged woman in Twinsburg ohio would spend all of that time trying to get free food? No I want what I paid for! I even paid for the half of my food that I did get since she act like I couldn't pay for My food that they messed up. I've worked in management in McDonald's before it is not a big deal to re make or refund a customer's order what so ever. Please get new management here this place desperately needs new management with better attitudes!

This place absolutely sucks I have waited in the drive through for 15min and I ordered the special.stay out of this place. Very rude also. I recommend starving instead of eating here

Don’t bother coming to this location unless you wanna wait 25 minutes for your food and when they tell you to pull up in front of the building in the numbered spots they just completely forgot about bringing out your food.

I visited this McDonald's about an hour ago. Took 20 minutes to get my food. That's from being in the drive line to pickup. I was grateful they had some employees working and want to thank them for being there for the customers. You're all doing the best you can. Thank you all?
