Very clean. The lobby and dine in are open! The drive through was fast and efficient! Friendly staff that served with a smile

Nobody there knows what the hell they're doing they don't even know that number three is a quarter pounder instead they give me two eight piece nuggets and I argued with them and just left it will not visit them unless I am starving to death and the double cheeseburgers are free

The old lady is rude and even cussed. She should not be in the customer service position. And this was at the McDonald's at 924 q main st in woodville

I am a truck driver. They have truck parking and every time in the past few months i have attempted to stop and grab a bite too eat the dining room is closed due to being short staffed. Everyone is short staffed. I obviously cant drive an 18 wheel 80 plus thousand pound vehicle through the drive thru. So if your a truck driver unless your clock is up and you need a place to stop for the night dont bother stopping here you wont get served.

Normally dont review fast food. However, this McDonald's is consistently accurate, clean, and has the best staff. NEVER had a bad experience. Its the only McDonald's in the area we frequent.

I am a truck driver I stopped in there twice in the past 2 weeks in the dining room is closed because short as staff. But when you go to the drive-thru asking if they serve truck drivers they tell you no but if I could drive my truck through their drive-thru they would serve me my food what's kinda hard to take an 18 wheeler through a drive through McDonald's and any McDonald's anywhere in the world but yet truck drivers are supposed to be respected and can't even get respect when you're hungry I will never ever stop at this McDonald's again in life twice in 2 weeks I've been turned away because they're short of staff twice I went to the window to see if they would serve me and they tell me no because there's certain staff but yet if you was in a car and went through the drive-thru they would serve you just to go to the show truck drivers have no respect in this world but we are the most dependable light on individuals in this industry

Still no dine in, even though every other McDonald's is open for dine in. Don't need a mask though? !? So tired of covid excuses.

The way to the drive-thru can be pretty extensive when there are lots of cars, and ever since the app came out we had been using that for curbside pickup to ease the frustrations of a long wait for drive-thru. However, in the last 9 to 10 months going to curbside pickup takes much longer than waiting through the drive-thru.

The easiest way to see this is when you're driving through the parking lot and you drive past the last car in there, when you're waiting for your order you will see that car drive by and that's a bit disappointing. Other than that, I usually have a larger order with specialty things that I'm ordering for the kids, so I continue to use the app even with the longer wait times.

If you are using the app, sometimes it's a little harder to navigate if you want ketchup in the bag or extra napkins, and you may have to ask the person who's brought out your order if they can bring those additional items out.

The last couple of times we've gone there either the ice cream machine hasn't been working, or we have been unable to order milkshakes and that was a little disappointing seeing how it was really high already in the year.

This location has recently changed their sodas and their beverage choices, so be careful when you're ordering if you think it's icy orange that is a still drink with no bubbles and the fanta orange which is a soda that is a carbonated beverage, just make sure it's what your kids are looking for when you order it.

Some of the locations do have Hawaiian Punch, and that's a really nice choice that hasn't been available up until the last year or so.

We ordered one of the brownie/cookie dough caramel desserts that they had, and it was extremely rich and the cookie pieces in the ice cream were a little bit powdery and it was just a little off-putting. So if you do order the McFlurries, definitely know that you don't have to order any extra sweets or syrups in there because they are already very rich.

Very great service. The one in Woodville Ohio had take out the were quick on the service did n"t have to wait long to get our order!

Good service had 3 orders and they were simple but had to go through the drive thru twice. They said the only take 2 orders at a time in the drive thru

If a truck driver and you ain't there by 7: 00 p.m. Forget about eating they really don't care truck drivers eat or not their employees sure look like they didn't miss any Happy meals

This McDonald's is possibly the best one in this corner of Ohio. Whenever we come through and are hungry, THIS is the place we stop at. They know how to make the food taste great. I sure wish someone from here would go to mine in Fremont and show them how it's done. If the corporate office is reading this review then you need to give these people a raise because they deserve it. I can't say enough about this McDonald's, stop by and see for yourself or maybe you already know. Keep up the good work because your people are appreciated.

I had one of my best McDonald’s experience at this location. I came after hours and just new I wasn’t going to get service 30 mins after the lobby closed. To my surprise something said call on the inside maybe they will take me and with a nice soft spoken vice the person answering the phone walk me through getting the app making sure I select curb side and within 10 mins from the start of downloading the app ordering and walking to curb side I received a hot fresh meal that taste great.
I don’t write reviews so for me to take time as a truck driver to give a review this location is amazing thanks to this team 7: 32 pm.

It's nice to have people that think they need more money and hour ($15.00) and they can't get your order right. How hard is it to only put ketchup and onions? Then order 4 fry's and you don't get any of them. But I paid for them and didn't realize I didn't get them till I got home. This isn't the first time either, many many times then I can count. But they deserve more an hour thou. I work hard in a factory and making a lil more then 15, We deserve more money an hour not teens that can't count or make a burger right.

I stopped for a unsweetened Iced tea. They told me after I paid and sat in line they did not have any unsweetened tea and would I take a sweet tea instead. I said no and they asked if I wanted my money back. I said I did and the girl at the window was not happy about it. This place is known for messing up orders and not giving the correct change back. Check you order and count your change before you leave.

Went in today to order food they would not honor there app claimed there was no way to do so will never go back to this Mcdonalds again the manager was also very rude

Very rude drive thru girl taking credit card. Rolling her eyes and shaking her head while talking to me at the window. Curtly informed me to pull forward while putting card in wallet. At next window, more rudeness, a girl wordlessly handed me the bag and shut the window. Won't be back here. Woodville ohio McDonald's on rte. 20

Their food may taste good but can make you very sick. Watch out for the McDonald's in swanton because I have found a hair in almost every meal I've gotten there. NEVER AGAIN will they ever see me

I'm an OTR Truck Driver, there is big truck parking about 15 spots. The night manager served me at the window as I can't pull up and inside is closed. She gave me extra coffee, and even a few cookies. What a great surprise. Thank you for your service.

No public restrooms. If weren’t afraid of your bathrooms before covid, we aren’t afraid of them during covid. You should be ashamed.
