I paid $10 for this? Ridiculous. This McDonald's burns everything. Want a double cheese burger? Expect the bun to be extremely hard.

Mcchicken was converted in mayo and it just sucks. If I could give a 0 I would. It can’t be that hard to make a chicken sandwich.

I just wanna start by saying the employees have very bad communication & bad employment. I asked for a apple juice with the kids meal and it didnt come in with it so i asked can i have a apple juice and one of the employees slammed the window in my face and caught a attitude. I should never have gotten treated like that when i go there mostly everyday. Please train your co-workers with manners and positive attitudes.

This is the MOST EXPENSIVE McDonald's in Ohio. $6.00 for a little Fish Sandwich. They also charge for Condiments that ALREADY Come on the Sandwich. Terrible Ownership!

I placed a mobile order and used the curbside pickup option. After an extremely long wait, a staff member brought the wrong order to my car. I waited longer, and then a manager came out with my order minus the BBQ & Hot Mustard sauces. I was told the app doesn't charge for the sauces so if I wanted them, I would have to pay cash for them. I didn't have cash on me so she gave me 1 sauce and said next time, no sauce and walks away. I opened my bag and saw the large fries were only 1/2 full. I went inside to have them filled up, and the new Indian owner gave me a hard time and said " You people want everything for nothing. " Now I understand why they were nickel and diming me. I won't be back!

Please stop charging customers ridiculous amounts of our money for poor service and quality. I ordered two small strawberry milkshakes for my children and they were literally 1/3 full and just covered in whipped cream to make them look full. Just stop, seriously just stop the BS. It's been going on for the last few years at every McDonald's. They cost me 4$ a piece.for a small.

ALL th food was freshest I've had at any local McDonald's in as long as I can remember, staff was pleasant and kind, dining area clean and decor updated. Most pleasant McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. So much above the normal that I actually took the time to tell you about it. Keep up the good work!

I usually don’t rate McDonald’s, but the staff at this location is fantastic! I was warmly greeted coming in and leaving. You don’t see that much at fast food restaurants, so I really appreciated it.

Went for dinner around 530 pm and the lobby was already closed. Ordered through the app and waited in the parking lot for 20 mins. Pulled in through the drive thru and it was still being made.

Decent food received accurately and in a timely fashion. I don't think I gave this restaurant enough credit last time. I almost always get breakfast if I go to that McDonald's, and they have never that I can remember, messed up my breakfast, spot on every time. Crispy (not undercooked or pulled out of the oil and immediately put in paper so that the middle of the hash brown not only doesn't finish cooking and isn't crispy, but it sticks to its wrapper! Ugh! You're neurotic!) hash browns every time, fresh muffins, the staff in the am there is amazing. It's like, they know I'm on oxygen so they seem to try a little harder to be faster because of my disability, and I really appreciate that! This is now my favorite McDonald's!

McDonald's has definitely gone up in price and they've removed sausage biscuits an gravy from the menu. Disappointing as that is, the overall service was great and the wait time short. The items they are still serving are of the same quality as in the past and they strive to improve on their drinks also their holiday items.

Food in the drive thru has always been fresh and fast! They have the staffing shortage the same as everyone but you’d never know it by the service. Polite and efficient staff at window. Best McDonald’s experience ever.

This place is a joke The lady at the cash register can't even hand me the money back Had to put it in a cup and dump it in my hand because her fingernails were so long.

This McDs opens early as all get out on Fridays, and I love that. They have NEVER messed up my breakfast order, not EVAAAAR! But for real, they move slow but I gotta give them credit for always being on top of things as far as getting the order correct.

You wonder why business goes down waited a half hour and drive-thru at 7: 30 for an order look behind me must have been 10 cars behind me how ridiculous they are losing so much business night before came at 9: 30 after a football game closed when I grew up we used to come to McDonald's after football games not anymore lazy people thank you

Took a friend out to eat You want McDonald's I love you. Of course I use the app to place you order because that's what we do. Pick up it area fine lies the order submitted it about 5 minutes my food will be there. Twitter always here so that's what I expect in 30 seconds it going by when I saw a shadow on my lap looks, the young man was already there up on me honestly I jumped he's scared me no, not scared me surprised me shocked me surprise me he did something to me whatever he didn't make me jump but he was incredibly polite The food was hot and as good as won't expect my thing is the service was phenomenal You're managing to smile on the world

Went thru drive thru. Order accurate but didn't get a straw, napkins, and they didn't listen for the jelly or cream/sugar I asked for either.

It's McDonald's. It's cheap and you feel like you need a shower after you eat there. Why are you even reading a review for McDonald's?

This place is always busy from like 7: 00 in the morning till 10: 00 p.m. At night but they get you through pretty quick most of the time unless you go at noon and the foods usually hot and fresh so that's a good thing
