McDonald's, Toledo OH

Thank you Mr. Customer, for spending your money here when you have do many other options. Rude ungrateful people. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A

I hate this McDonald’s because why the people are not friendly a fool is never done right they like they don’t listen or maybe don’t know how to read when someone says no American cheese that means no cheese

Did an add ONS.they would not give me my receipt and charged me over 5 bucks more and did not give me the food! She did nothing but stay on her phone and smoking cigarettes and the man that was in there sound and acted drunk and high. I don't mind losing money but they sucked badly! The food tasted old and everything I don't understand why I could have all the food I bought nor my receipt!

Fri September 16 it was 6: 15 I went to the dine In door it wasn't open so I went to the drive thru window and they refused me service so I can't wait till they close down from all complaints and other stuff going on in there.

This place needs to be shut down ordered food though doordash got my fries and it had 3 black hairs in it not to mention the fact that my order was wrong and I had 13 chocolate chip cookies missing every Time I have gone to this McDonald's they have screwed my order up they have been loud cussing disrespectful New staff needs to be put in place or corporate needs to be called but this place is nowhere close to family friendly.

If you're having a good day please do NOT stop by this McDonald's! I am literally craving cookies and because I'm pregnant the craving is VERY strong and all I did was ask if they baked the cookies or apple pies fresh and the man said NO got nasty, put me on mute and all I wanted is to satisfy this craving y'all now I'm crying

Still waiting for food. 20min. Then they come to the window and say we don't got no ketchup. So I just don't know what else to say oh lord we just got our food and they forgot the fries ‍️

This was the first and last time using this McDonald's.my quaterpound burger was horrid, and my fries greasy
My dog wouldn't ever eat either of them. I'll wait til I can get to the o nes I know care about the quality of the food they put out.

Went to this McDonald's today to get a mcfluryy and hamburger they were to lazy to blend me and my friends ice cream then I had to wait atleast an hour to get one hamburger witch was packed with mustard all I could taste was mustard and then it made my stomach hurt I will never eat at this McDonald's ever again terrible I'd be better eating dog food.adding on to my review got ice cream this time first time I got charged for a caramel Sunday and just got ice cream second try they just put the caramel into the lid third time had to ask them to remake it heard employees complaining about it then they didn't give me a top

I has quite a busy day and needed to stop by to get breakfast. This is the McDonald's close to me. It didn't take long to get through the drive thru, and I received my order quickly which I liked. Only 2 things I didn't like. Though my hash brown was hot, it wasn't soggy but it wasn't crunchy either. I'm the crunchy type. What shocked me the most was the price. I understand and there needs to be recouping for the increased prices. I got one meal but didn't anticipate paying a 2 1/2-meal price.

They attitude is really bad they charging extra then the other McDonald's i was charged 15 dollars for a fish sandwich 2 McChickens and 3 small fries but then again ever McDonald's is bad even the other ones in the city so this review goes for all of them but this one specifically

I went in the Drive thru. Had no trouble ordering. When I get up to the window to pay the woman asked if I had the cheeseburgers. I told her no a meal. Another women who standing there said to her it was a meal. I had ordered a #7 with a Lg Diet Coke. I pulled up to the last window the woman gave me my bag and said here's your sandwiches. Then she said another lady was getting my drink. The lady comes from behind the cashiers and gives me my drink. So I pull away I looked in my bag and there was two sandwiches and a fry. So I go to take a drink of my pop and it was Rootbeer. So I pulled back up and told the lady that the pop was Rootbeer not Dt. Coke. Then she proceeds to tell me the Dt. Coke is out. So I end up getting a bottle of water. So I pull away as I was driving I go to eat my second cheeseburger and it was a spicy chicken with ketchup, mustard and pickles. The fries were over cooked. I will never go there again. This place doesn't care what you order. They only give you what the can to fill your order.

The slowest place I have ever been at.
Everytime I go it is like this.
I got sick every time I tried eating their food so I stopped going here.
My son asks me to stop here every now and then. Otherwise I'd never come back. I always dread pulling into that drive.

Everything I ordered they were out of. This McDonald's is notorious for having not enough product. McDonald's really need to step up in this community. I live less than two blocks from McDonald's and they screw the order up quite a bit. And the manager really had a bad attitude when I complain about something that's in his control.

Twenty minutes in the drive thru just for coffee. 10 cars ahead of me and it took that long. This is the second time I have used that drive thru and will not use it again.

The double cheeseburgers are great if you like paying almost 4 dollars for a burger with no condiments on it. I don't know if the worker was too lazy or if it was company policy to avoid ketchup on burgers. Not a good experience at all.

This location has to be the legit worse serviced, managed Mf Donald’s in the city of Toledo and surrounding area. The lack of customer service is beyond Desirable. Now with all that being said let me explain to you my reasoning I ordered a fish fillet meal keep in mind at this particular time there wasn’t anyone in front of me and only two cars behind me in the line. I was told to pull up and my meal will be brought to me. I sat there waiting for 35 minutes before I turn my truck off and went inside the building while inside the lady who was to bring the food to me looked me in my eye and didn’t say anything to me regarding my meal. She walked to the back and put her coat on and walked out the door. I still stood there waiting for an additional 10 mins. Eventually someone called up to the front and said who is that register here I assume the woman who put her coat on and left was on register. During this time there was additional customers coming into the door for the same problem that I had. All of this was unacceptable.

I ordered a Big Mac meal large with a mica frappe and a six piece chicken mc nugget. I sit and wait a half hour had to end up going in and had to tell them again what I had I received a caramel frappe big Mac six piece chicken nugget and a caramel frappe. This makes me very upset I paid $15.12 had to wait a half hour had to go in and they still screw up my order and instead of a large fry I got a small fry this is my normal go to McDonald’s but I guess I’ll be changing that. After reading the reviews on this McDonald’s I think they need to fire everyone and start with fresh people. The managers Obviously do not have their crew in check. I worked at McDonald’s for five years why I was in school never ever were we allowed to let people sit and wait for their food as long as they did and then it screws or order up yet again if that was done when I was working we would’ve been fired.
