McDonald's, Buckeye Lake OH

Walked in and all I hear is people cussing and yelling. No management or leadership here just daycare.dirty, grimmy

Even though I checked on the order screen that I got a steak and cheese bagel no egg and extra sauce. What did I get a bacon egg and cheese bagel with sauce. Very disappointing. Please do better or I will drive out of my way to go to a McDonalds that accuracy is important.

Ordered 7 items and only received 4 of them. They forgot 2 sausage burritos and an egg mcmuffin. After they had me pull forward and wait 10 min. Only to receive 2 hashbrowns and 2 sausage biscuits. And shake machine is ALWAYS broke!

10-15 minute wait time even with short lines. They need new management and have for a long time. Poor management and low wages leads to being understaffed. If they can't fix it, they should shut down.

The employees are doing their best considering the terrible wages.

Stopped to get an iced tea and a Quarter pounder with cheese. I might eat McDonald's twice a year, and now I'm giving up on them all together. The hamburger was cold, there was no cheese.barely any toppings. Just a dried out cold patty with a teaspoon of ketchup, and a few chunks of onion. All this for over $6.

Visited Buckeye Lake McD’s prior to July 4th fireworks for waters and ice cream. They had no ice cream machines. Was going to try the Grimace Shake. The staff was very kind and said they traded ice cream machines and the one they got was broke. We got waters and a couple sandwiches which were good.

This location is always slow. When you ask for condiments you get like 2 packets. I don't go to this location often because of the speed of service.

Ordered two McChicken mayo only the girl didn't know how two take money had to get the manager. Then when she handedy bag I asked if it was two McChickens she said yes. Got on interstate and opened the bag and it had two double MccCheese burgers plain. Where in the hell do they get these people.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a McDonald's. Sat at drive thru window for almost 10 mins with no acknowledgment, go inside to order, and it was just as bad inside. Plenty of employees, but no direction was being giving and they were all walking in circles and not working.

This is by far the worst experience I have had. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a single sandwich because of the "kids" running the drive thru and the shotty management on Thursday afternoon 04/27. It took more than 10 minutes to place my order at the window.not because they were busy but because no one would answer the speaker.this had motorist shrugging our shoulders almost as an apology toward one another.by the way.there was only two cars in line. We got to the pay window and associate seemed fo be in training.okay, wait excused for that. However, we sat and waited another 15 to 20 minutes while watching a man stick most of his body outside the pick up window to chat with the young woman in front of us. This seemed to last forever before they were asked to pull to the "extra" window. Once they did with their bag of food already in hand, I pulled up to pick up a single big mac. I sat there for what seemed like a very long time for a single sandwich. Only to watch them go outside, get a sandwich from the car in front of me, bring it back inside, place it in a new bag and prepare to hand it back out the window. When I questioned it and told them I didn't want that one due to it already being in someone else's possession. I was met with an attitude and questioned. I finally received a new sandwich but I refused to eat it knowing what other great "service" they might have done to it. Stop in Hebron, drive to Heath, even take a little time and take a scenic route and go to pataskala.but stay away from this location.

I don't know why I even try with this place. Last summer, I was in the drive-thru, literally over 40 mins. 2 weeks ago, I waited for our food for dine in for 15 minutes and never brought our drinks to us. I went up to let them know the lady looked at me twice but left me standing there without acknowledging me what so ever. They force you to use the Kiosk to put in your order by refusing to help you at the register. All the while, the manager sat in her corner and watched how the customers were not being served

Today all the food was hot and correct. Also had an extra sandwich in the bag when we got home. I'm sorry to who it was meant for.

The location I was at as soon as my dad and I walked through the door. An employee was sitting at a table with family members of hers and they all looked at us like we weren't welcomed there. We were served right away. The food was way over cooked including the hard bun that was on my sandwich. It crunched when I took a bite. It seemed the grill must have been greasy. The girl that brought out food to the table asked if we needed condiments but never returned with the ketchup I had asked for. We were friendly and I am very polite. So this wasn't justified. We definitely weren't welcomed and felt terrible after eating the food. Will not return.

Stopped yesterday and bought theee quarter pounders with fries. All three burgers were completely red inside and the fries were still crunchy. Not cooked at all. Would have taken back but drove 14 miles home before eating. Drive through service was good or would have given 0-1 star

Did you know you could get your ice coffee with extra shots of espresso! I do now. They did a good job-had all the items and were minds at both windows.

Dirty. Super incompetent staff. Terrible management and awful co workers. As a customer it's slow and terrible and as an employee it's even worse. This particular location in general needs a overhaul of staff besides maybe 3 or 4 ppl that actually work and dont cause drama.
