McDonald's, Columbus OH

I absolutely love McDonald's biscuits and gravy! It's the best there is! I get an extra gravy because I think the go a little light on the gravy. The extra gravy on the biscuit is perfect!

Manager Bobby is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had an issue with my mobile order and instead of trying to fix the issue she began screaming at me in the store to the point where I started to cry. Not a single person apologized. As a manager you should not lack basic respect and empathy. There was also a dead gnat on the inside of my lid. Do better.

This store refuses to answer the phone. I have been calling non stop about an order I placed online. I am sincerely allergic to cheese and need to make them aware of this but they NEVER answer the phone. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

Burnt and dry apple pies, rude customer service and poorly packed items. Why would you put fries sideways on top of a burger box and feel it’s okay to look inside the bag acknowledge the fries are no longer in the container and hand to the customer?

Told them what I had ordered, and they charged me too much. The cashier was not able to understand English, so I gave up. The reason why my order cost more than normal is because they charged me for a 3rd meal and extra drink that I didn't order. If you can't understand English while working customer service, then you should not be working there.

This McDonalds never ceases to amaze me. They have the best service that I have seen in a longtime. Orders are always correct no matter how difficult and how many special orders are involved and they are truly fast. This is the only McDonalds I visit. Great management team!

This ronalds is basically a self serve the service is trash and the wait time can get crazy they prioritize ther drive thru over 12 customers in line go early or door dash lines are crazy

We order fried with no salt and an amount of ranch that we paid for they gave us 1 ranch cold chicken nuggets and cold fries not the first time either

Quarter Pounder, fish and Chicken sandwich in drive-thru. The hamburger appeared to be smaller than a qtr #, lacked condiments; other than thick cut slices of raw onions. All the sandwiches were tasteless.

If you want to wait in line for 30 minutes and your food to be completely wrong or if you even get what you ordered then this is the place for you. We live just right down the street and we’ve tried over and over here but the service just keeps getting worse

3 times they got my order wrong how hard is it to put two item in a bag. Like McDonald's but I am going start going to Wendy's.

My orders are mostly not complete. I ordered a#2 breakfast meal and my sandwich was not complete. With my coffee I ordered a shot of espresso and if course no espresso. Just get it right Mcdonalds

The last 2 trips was absolutely horrible. I've ordered nugget meals both times and the nuggets were dried out. I asked to speak to management and she was super rude. I work everyday and do not have money to waste on unsatisfactory food. I will definitely be going higher in the chain with this complaint.

Place really has gotten better recently. If you had a bad experience here, you really should try them again. And I just want to say thank you to the hard-working employees at this location

I came to this location and they tile me there were closed after seeing they were open 24-7. I was confused. It it say 24/7. There is no closure. Skip the place and go to the next place!

Service has gone extreme downhill. Any order customizations are completely wrong at least 50% of the time.
