McDonald's, Brookville OH

Ordered a Double cheeseburger $3.50 bundle and a LG Coke. Paid, pulled up to food window. NO FRIES! The employee argued I didn't order the Bundle and refused my fries unless I gave her $1.99, I already paid $6.06. I stop here 3 times per week after work, but I will never go here again. All of the McDonald's owned by the Hamiltons are falling apart. Very sad.

They said they didn’t have a “Large Orange Juice”. Would have to get a medium. Say what? Ridiculous. They should have just given me a large orange juice in a medium soft drink cup. That’s about the same size. I really have no tolerance for businesses not having what they should or have the brains to think out of the box.

5 out of last 6 last visits, our orders were wrong. The latest visit today, they got the same order wrong three times. They even gave my wrong order to another customer who returned it and they still tried to give it to me. The end result today was eventually receiving my order wrong 4 times and tasting like it was made yesterday. I'd rather set money on fire than spend it at McDonalds in Brookville again.

Somewhat above average as for cleaning. Service was
as usual. They got the order wrong.

I come here for a road trip stop and I am appalled by this McDonald’s! The Big Mac was the worse one I have ever tasted.the meat tasted weird the sauce was uneven. And they can’t blame my excuse of a Big Mac on being busy because nobody was there.they closed the women’s bathroom for “cleaning” but it wasn’t even cleaned. And the icing on the horrid cake was that I asked for dine in and they bring the food to me and nobody did. This is By far the worst McDonald’s and I have been to McDonald’s all over the world. I would suggest going to a different fast food restaurant if you are that hungry. I might never try McDonald’s in this state again.

Found it different than my home McDonald's. Didn't have all the stuff I usually order. But the cashier was wonderful

Idiots working here.yelling at me to use the kiosk only. Then when I confirmed whether or not ice cream was working.of course it was not,

My food is covered in sauce.the worker asked if my food was right before she even handed me the bag.

Had a good experience here this morning as we ordered through the app, drove through, and waited a bit. Our bacon, egg, and cheese bagels were good, but not as much bacon as from other locations. Still good though.

I only get frappés it's a hassle to order in drive thru, half the time it's in the wrong size or the wrong frappé.

My orders tend to be correct at this location typically. However I usually get the steak bagel and often it’s cold and not toasted.

Kinda irritating when the manager sees me sitting in a booth, and as soon as I get up to order at the kiosk, they jump straight into my seat. Are you kidding me? That was so disrespectful.

I ordered an iced mocha for my husband and a frappe for myself, after waiting for 5 minutes (dinner time) was told machine was down, but they were working on it, should only take couple of minutes. They were very apologetic and kept me updated, and it did only take about 5 minutes. Very professional

Ordered office biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The staff was very accommodating, though surprised.

Had big problems hooking up to the app to order and were forced to go inside and wait. Then had to wait again for iced tea that wasn't all water.

Had a mobile order and then had to still in parking lot for over 30 mins. Then proceeded to call and them say it wasn’t up on their end. Horrible experience

FILTHY bathrooms! SLOW and poor service with incorrect order given after placed. Very disappointed because I keep trying to give chance over and over. But not any longer.
