I am always very friendly when ordering because I have personally worked fast food and I know how crazy people can be.
For starters I didn’t get a hello, what can I get you or anything just a stare. I didn’t know if I should order or walk away… but I stayed friendly and ordered. I asked for 2 caramel frappes with extra caramel and extra whipcream. The whip cream was good, neither had extra Carmel so I told the lady at the register. They were very rude. Didn’t offer to make it right. Said that it was extra Carmel& that she just made them. I NEVER HAVE ISSUES AT CHILLICOTHE MCDONALDS. Over all the service was horrible. I wish I could leave a big fat 0. I was shaking when I walked out of there! When I figure out how to upload a picture I will!
Do better, be more friendly!
They had my frappa today. Nothing worse then being hooked on frappas and their machine is down. Couldn't they pay someone to clean it after hours?
They were very rude made my wife a cheeseburger with a chopped-up half cheeseburger on it it was terrible I am very pissed
I ordered my food and I also got a smoothie and they didn't give me my drink so I went up to the register and I said "I didn't get my smoothie" and the girl said "do you want your smoothie? "

Was in Circleville Ohio for a Halloween festival and I'm honestly jealous about how good the service was at this McDonald's. They played good music, their people are friendly and always bussin round working and making sure everyone is satisfied. It was genuinely just a great end to an amazing adventure to Ohio
That's a very busy McDonald much of the time. There's a lot of cars in line places packed and it's a pretty decent clean, fairly new and I have good experience.
We frequent here alot & I've NEVER received an order correct. I ordered sweet tea yesterday, literally ONE thing & it was unsweet. I can't believe they're paying $15-$20 an hour to these employees NOT ALL employees but someone isn't doing their job & it shows.
This is the best McDonalds I’ve been to! The food wasn’t that good but my wife’s sister finally got her Grimace shake (she loves Grimace). We tried to buy the workers shirt (it said HBD Grimace) but he didn’t want to sell it (don’t blame him!) Thanks, McDonald!
Ordered a “McCrispy” and it was McRaw. Tried to call and the line kept ringing and ringing. Can’t tell me that the person that cooked this and put it in the bag didn’t know it wasn’t cooked.
If you want your two cheeseburger meal with no pickles or onions, don't come here. Can't get it right if their lives depended on it. Never had this problem at any other McDonald's.
Made some big changes great place to stop, carmal frozen frape is my favorite and the remolding is done great place.both
Sad that McDs has lost all the whimsy it used to be a fun place. Now feels too corporate and stale.
