McDonald's, Marion OH

My food was just okay today. I don't eat here much anymore due to constant disappointment

I get treated with respect and the place is clean when I go in I have no problem asking to use the restroom when needed. Generally during the day

I didn't even end up eating here this last time due to the number of cars going nowhere in the drive thru. In the past when I have eaten here I left disappointed. I mean, it's McDonald's so my expectations are not very high to be fair. However, I had a supposed manager argue with me they put the sauce in for my nuggets when they didn't, have not one but 2 homeless people pan handling INSIDE the store, and a very dirty loud environment. I don't go to this McDonald's anymore but the one over by the old Marion Mall across from Kroger's is much MUCH better, faster, cleaner.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel, but I got a sausage egg and no cheese bagel. That was decent, but the wait made it suck sorry but no good

Sooo looks like this establishment on MAIN ST has a new cash grab, SO CONSUMER BEWARE when using mobile ordering in the 2a.m. Hour, ya know, when the locals mysteriously are cash only because their computer is down. I placed my mobile order, PAID MY MONEY, THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT but can do NOTHING other than graciously ALLOW me to REorder on site, and PAY AGAIN using cash? Really? The best part is, I pull off and I'm notified my order was canceled, even though they couldn't see my order since their system is down. Go efff urself! Get another job if this doesn't pay enough!

They are starting to use AI to take orders in DT. Still buggy. But technology is developing quick.

Food was over cooked and no one wanted to help when I was trying to get salt. And Italians a great day when you have a homeless man staring at you as you eat.

Gave us all the wrong food everything was cold and was rude the one on main Street Marion Ohio 43302

I came threw the drive thru around 3am. There is an automated voice that took my order. I ordered 20 peice nugget, 2 cheeseburgers, chocolate shake, medium fry. I proceed to the window where the lady said we don't do shakes thus late I said oka. As I pull up to wait for my food, the car in front of me gets a chocolate shake. Guess I have to order door dash to get one this late. As I get my food, my nuggets are in two 6 containers and two 4 containers. They only gave me 2 sauces. Wth

They are not wanting to listen to what the customer says when they add to the order at the window so the customer gets what they didn't order

They take forever with food and then when you get it half the time it's wrong you get a large fry and it's a small their ice cream machine is always down

Ice cream machine was working! Lost a star because the dining area badly needed cleaning. Floor and tables were dirty. Service was quick and accurate.

I went inside around 8: 30 in the evening and ordered a Big Mac value meal. I waited in the line 15 minutes before a female finally took my order after she was talking to her friends who came in. When I got my order after waiting another 15 minutes my food was cold so I took it back up to the counter and got it replaced. There was several employees who was just standing around listening to the music which was so loud you could hear it way out in the lobby. The whole lobby area was very dirty and disgusting with trash everywhere and spilled pop on the floor plus all of the tables was filthy. Instead of having somebody clean up the dinning area the female manager just stood behind the counter and was on her cell phone. The employees working in the grill area was using their hands instead of using tongs or a scoop. I would NOT recommend going to this McDonald's because it IS VERY dirty and it takes forever to get your food. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

The food is good. I feel the curbside pickup could be a little quicker. I wait an average of 15 to 20 minutes for food. Some times they are too busy. Had 3 cars drive out of the drive thru lane tonight bc they were taking so long.
