The service this morning was the best service I've ever received at this McDonald's they were wonderful

One of the only mc d's I dine in at. The worker's are hilarious the way they deal with some impossible customers

Best McDonald's I've been to, and I've been to a lot of e m. The food looks just like the promotional photos not burned and sloppy like at other McDonald's. I really appreciate the fact that we have a good McDonald's to go to congratulations!

All employees wear hoodies. It's impossible to bear the cold air inside. Can't enjoy dining, it is absolutely freezing inside. Was told by employee that they get complaints all the time but then GM ignores the concerns.

The older Lady working the first cashier when you walk inside has a terrible attitude with every customer.at 9 this morning. Please do better! If you’re not happy leave!

Nasty Greasy Fries, Throwed Them Out The Window For Birds To Eat Large Size. Quarter pounder Cold And Not Prepared To Order, Flat Coke DIDNT Drink Either, Tasted Like Water!

Is this really a large fry? Also for some reason they put silverware in my bag like I'm going to eat my burger and fries with a fork and knife

The custodian mopped all around me and under my table as I sat and ate. Food burnt and dry. Fires cold and tasteless.

Used the drive-thru to get a Happy Meal for my kid and an ice cream cone for myself. I drove off without my ice cream. I went back and they didn't give me any issues when I walked in and said I drove off without my ice cream. The Sprite at this place was the best I have tasted.

It's McDonald's you always know what you're going to get good fast food but has become expensive.

Got 30 dollars worth of food my nuggets were cold and my Qpc was cold only food hot was the fries

My biggest issue is not being able to order mcchickens on the app. Otherwise, food is fast, and the burgers seem to actually have some aesthetics. Close to my hotel I stayed which was great for when we got back late

Food cold, order was wrong, had to repeat my order 5 times and they still have me the wrong food

Yesterday I went and asked for two medium fries cooked to order as well as a 6 piece nugget. I stated I didn’t mind waiting for these items and the lady rung them up well done and I told her that I wanted them cook to order not well done and she said cook to order is well done and working in a fast food place I know that it’s not. I called and the manager was really nice and said if I came back today I could get them remade. I came back today and the lady on the speaker said to pull up to the first window and there would be a manager waiting we got to the first window and they said just go to the second window didn’t really seem to care just like they wanted us out of the way. We get to the second window the lady hands the food out the window and says have a nice day (we still haven’t got to speak to the manager) we tell her we’re supposed to speak to the manager and she’s gets a attitude and then tells us go to the next window. Again felt like they just wanted me out of their face. Finally I get to the third window where they said someone would be waiting and there was no one there so I was waiting again. I got my food but the service was pretty disrespectful compared to how it usually is and it was pretty disappointing.

Got two Quarter Pounders one had a slice of paper on the burger and the fries did not seem done as they were kind of rubbery. Unfortunately didn't get a receipt at the pay window but ordered two QP's two large fries and a large iced tea.
