The workers are, for the most part, unable to communicate with other humans at all, and if they do, it will be rude. Expect slow service and unprofessional attitudes.

Update: the breakfast crew on 9/9 is outstanding. Friendly service and the food was hot and prepared fast even though we pulled up for 2 or 3 minutes. Thanks for a nice breakfast

Last time I ordered from here they forgot my apple pie. I go through the drive through and mention to them at the window they forgot it last time and i wanted it. The lady manager with long red hair has a horrible attitude problem. She acted like i was trying to pull a fast one and get “free food” mam it’s not free if i paid for it the last time and y’all forgot it. An apple pie costs $1 and this lady was so mean over it. It costs $0 to be nice, you don’t know what other people are dealing with so be kind to others.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I waited in line for 30 minutes and ordered a mcchicken, a small fry, and a small coke. The lady repeated my order back to me to make sure it was correct and it also appeared on the screen. After finally pulling up to the window, the lady rudely looks at me and hands me my food before taking my card. As she’s ringing my card, I notice that they only gave me a small fry and nothing else. I told the lady what I ordered and she rudely said “they didn’t ring that up. ” I asked her if she could ring me up instead of me having to go back and wait in the long line again to get my correct order. The lady walked away and came back and rudely snapped at me “they didn’t ring that up! ” And walked away. Fries weren’t even fresh. Never coming back to this place. Train your employees to know how to do their job and be nice. SMDH.

A great McDonald’s. The service was so friendly that they showed a lot of smile and made a good looking ice cream for me. However, they need make sure tables are clean.

This place literally cannot get anything right. If their lives depended on it they'd all be goners. Most of them don't look like they want to be alive anyway and look I get it, fast food sucks and customers suck but if I say I don't want cheese I DON'T FREAKING WANT CHEESE. I swear they hire people with rocks for brains. Avoid this one like the Rona.

Had free fries and didn't get them payed extra for sauce that I never got. Smoothie was 3/4 full. Large fries looked like a small put in a large. My kids are missing their toys. 3 of them and order lettuce and extra on my mcdouble which did not receive.

So they profited at $4-6 more.

Will not recommend this one for sure. I am from out of state so am on the go.

Try calling them and no answer.
When I did get a hold of them they told me everything was there

If I could give 0 stars I would. We doordashed from here and got hotcakes and hash browns. Our driver sat at the restaurant for 10 minutes waiting on the food and it’s 5 am so I don’t understand why it takes that long, we received our order and they didn’t give us ANY syrup for our hotcakes no butter, forks, napkins or straws. It took them that long to make our order and they didn’t even give us the necessities to eat the food. All of it is cold and we’re staying at a hotel right now and have no way to get syrup. Don’t go to this one. There’s other in the area.

Visited to order food on my 30 minutes lunch break and ordered a Oreo Frappé and when it was handed to me it was not an Oreo frappé it was a carmel one. I gave it back to associate and let him know that I asked for Oreo and he was talking to another co worker and was laughing about it being made wrong. I was then asked to pull up for them to make another drink and within seconds he came out with same drink with added Oreo cookies to the drink. I was on a time crunch to get back to work on time or I would have went inside to ask for manager. Horrible customer service

Food was alright but my coffee was at best lukewarm, wasn't what I ordered and tasted disgusting.

I visited via the drive thru this afternoon & ordered 2 Caramel Frappes, 10pc Chicken Nuggets & 2 Chocolate chip cookies. Everything was good. Cookies were fresh.:)

Worst McDonald's ever. As I left with my refund the general manager was still running his mouth from the back. Maybe if you cared a little more about the customer than which employees turn it is to smoke weed outside. It's a shame to have such a horribly run McDonald's in a nice neighborhood.

Can’t follow directions on a screen got my entire order wrong and when I went to call to ask why they didn’t give me the correct order they ignored the phone management needs to retrain their staff cause that’s completely unprofessional

Good food but not the friendliest of workers. And that still stands today! Trust me it hasn't gotten any better.

Service was excellent, food was yummy. Clean dinning area. Super friendly staff. Will drive a little farther to go to this location in the future
