McDonald's, Columbus OH

Didn't order food. Hubby had restroom emergency and the ladies working COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WONDERFUL to him! They deduced the situation extremely quickly, giving him the code for entry on the fly! Extremely friendly and helpful!

Got my order COMEPLETELY wrong. I asked for two cheeseburgers and got 0.mozzarella sticks count was wrong. They were cold. The guy got my drink wrong 3 times, and proceeded to get it wrong.

Edit: it's gotten better, the food was cold but they got the order right.

Seriously best staff ever! Had some BD drama and the staff were freaking awesome. So grateful for the team and support! Will be visiting again.

Nothing ever fresh, food trash period. Morning crew seem always high taking smoke breaks. Night time so called system ALWAYS down. Ridiculous!

Avoid this location if you can. The manager was kind and helpful however, some of the employees are unprofessional. At the pick up window I told a young girl with green hair that my order was incorrect. She answered with attitude "well I don't know what you ordered"

The staff is friendly but service can often be very slow and they always manage to leave things off my order.

I picked up food for my uncle. I cannot attest to the quality of the food, but the service was good, but slow.

Probably one of the worst McDonalds in Columbus - Terrible location, employees with attitudes, food is nasty.

The only good thing about this location is it is close to the freeway.

Sausage McMuffins they served us were definitely sitting around for a while. They were rubbery & cold.

I may not be the healthiest food on the planet but it's convenient when you need it and the quality is quite consistent

They let people in the store smoking. And all the employees were cursing and nothing was ready on time. Absolutely worst one I have been to in a while. I will not pick up a delivery from that location ever again.

Waited at the speaker for 15 minutes with no cars infront of me, no one would take my order. Drove around and worker was talking laughing it up with gf at the window.

Fifteen minute wait for a forgotten iced tea but there were five employees just well standing around and talking. We were the only folks in the restaurant so yep a bit confused by the time they gave us the tea the food was less than warm erggggg.

Service was very slow in the drive thru i had to wait 3 minutes at the window for my food i had to ask for napkins and ketchup more than once.
