McDonald's, Columbus OH

Just went there today and I ordered two fish sandwiches and they were both dark brown burned

Everytime I order on the Mobile app to make it more convenient I am sent to wait area. Atleast a 20 min wait then on top of that my food is trashed.had a 2 Big Macs and both were missing the second patty my burgers look like my kids thru them together as a play dough project. Had the owner let me say that again the OWNER tell me it’s pointless to use that app cause it doesn’t make it more convenient and we’ll be sent to the wait spot everytime. If I could the video I would gladly do so.the staff is rude except like 2 employees and 1 manager.

How hard is it to stack the burgers neatly & can I get 3 pickles instead of 1, ya know a pickle in every bite!

The sausage biscuit was good, the burrito was good, however, the hash brown not so good. You need to change your grease or do something

I guess it doesn’t do any good to complain because someone would have to ACTUALLY care about their job. 3rd time in a row that I have gotten no condiments for my oatmeal and no sugar at all in my coffee. And missing utensils on my order as well. Shame on me for not checking my order I guess. It wasn’t busy…I just don’t understand the lack of caring one bit.

They sucks on the service have people that don't wanted work there so they always attitude tour customers

Went to the drive Thur and the service was above standard and me being on the road it help when you get great customer service thank you McDonald’s crew

Never again! Went through this drive through today at 10: 40am figured the kids and I would get lunch after doctors visits earlier this morning. I pull up give the girl my rewards code and proceed to order two Big Mac meals, only to be cut off by the girl telling me y’all don’t serve lunch until Noon. I went back and forth with this girl twice even explaining to her how the three previous cars before me all ordered from the lunch menu and that their menu was showing lunch before the girl cut me off by yelling I told you we don’t serve lunch until noon during the weekdays and 11 on weekends. So I drove off because at this point I’m just done with her uneducated person. I called the store and complained only to be cut off more by the manager telling me the girl was new, even though she is definitely not new because I’ve dealt with her last month using my code then telling me the discount couldn’t be applied bc the code was already used not to mention I go there often and she has been there for a while. I instead went to the McDonald’s on Harrisburg pike and mound street where I tried to use my code which didn’t work because the girl used my code so I feel I should be compensated for my order. I feel this was racial discrimination for the simple fact I am a white female the three cars infront of me were African American and the girl taking the orders was also a different race, Juneteenth is today and the way your employee was acting and discriminating against people racially different from her should be unacceptable behavior and not tolerated, do better as an employer. Noon? Seriously.

Around 11: 00 this morning, I attempted to order breakfast for my family. Biscuits and gravy for my mom, and hash browns for my siblings. They told me they didn’t have hash browns, fine. I pulled out of line, called to ask what my brother wanted instead, and pulled back in only this time, they said they didn’t have biscuits and gravy. I pulled up to the first window and the manager ANGELA told me they stop serving breakfast at 12. “Well, it’s 11: 22. ” ANGELA told me the biscuits and gravy stop being sold at 10: 30 because they “take too long to make. ” I said I often come here around this time and told her once again I just ordered this, and I heard her ask another employee to “come deal with this woman. ” Another employee promptly took my order and it wasn’t even 10 minutes before I got the biscuits and gravy that my mother now refuses to eat. Terrible management, and LAZY.

Closed for a shift change? How lazy is that?

It's a newly remodeled McDonald's with 2 lane ordering. Quick and easy ordering and quick fulfillment. Employees are friendly and efficient.

They're pretty fast in the morning later on in the evening after 5: 00 they get real slow around that time the fries are cold makes me sad

Didn't wait long in the drive thru. It's my place to go to get drinks and sometimes food.

This place Is dangerous for customers The main door is lock and is a exit only You have to walk around a building In the road in front of the Is the drive-through Cars are literally turning the corner blind into you

At the drive Thur they never took my order but 3 other cars did then went to get it and took another 15 minutes. Terrible service

You're McDonald's is the best place to eat on the West side of Columbus 43223. You're service is excellent and the staff is very polite.

Never never wanna make or always say it never working.please make sure your employees wanna work this is the 4th time I wanted A mocha Frappe thank you

Food and service was fine wasn't able to go inside so unsure how clean the restaurant it self was but it seemed like it would have been clean the workers seemed to care!
