McDonald's, Columbus OH

Some woman told me to go to the window that they have by the door for when they're really busy waited like 5 minutes for my food and then they give me this joke of a burger what a joke get your stuff together

It's Micky D's don't go there expecting Ted Montana's or some shyt it's fast food. That means alot of teens with mostly bad attitudes or not carrying, adults or bosses that are not their parents braking at em to work and get off the phone this is every fast food ever anywhere people. Cut the adults and students who do give a damn a break already you think it's easy during constant rushes go give it a shot already then. So yes spemd your money here clean up after yourself a d kids like adults with respect and enjoy your mediocre food or cook at home or find a better job and eat at nicer places.

Not a 1 star for this location specifically but more for the company. Their nuggets are always gross so I never get them, but my little one still likes them. Today, first nugget, and she starts freaking out and spitting everything out. There was a HUGE bone in one!

Tried to call to ask about the cost on extra Mac sauce for all of the mcdonald's that are owned by this franchie. Got hung up on 3 times by the manager in place at this hour due to her drive thru being full. I use to be a manager here and always answered all questions. This lady hanging up on me for simple questions is not only a bad employee but a problem for your building.

I came here for the second time late night (3am-4am) they're never accepting debit cards, since the pandemic I rarely carry cash.

I live by children's hospital, and I will drive to this McDonald's just located at James and East Livingston avenue. They really have wonderful people that work there and that is reason why I will go the extra mile for this McDonald's!

On 6/28/23 @ 11: 30am I received great service by the gentleman working the cash window. His service and kind attitude are the reasons I'm giving 5 stars. The evening crew could learn a thing or two from him.

Play place is finally open again! Today alot of the food was overcooked and cold like it had been sitting for a while. Staff was friendly though

Lack of attention in the night shift.they treat you badly they mistreat you they do not attend anything.they do what they want they deliver the orders wrong they have staff who speak Spanish but they do not give them access to request orders they deliver in a wrong way

Without the deals, the prices are just not worth the size and quality. I mean, you know Mc Donald’s. It tastes cheap. So you don’t want to feel like you paid too much for it. LOL But their deals on the app makes it totally worth it. Without the deals I would not buy from Mc Donald’s. The app makes it convenient too.

Gone are the days of awkwardly talking to the person at the checkout, and then ending up with a HUGE bill because the things you said had extra charges all over, and you had no idea. And you feel like, why didn’t you pay the same amount somewhere else for a real burger. The horror… LOL

Update 2023: We tried it again and they failed. Did table service in the playroom and again the food sat on the counter. The man behind the counter said he had no idea where table 131 was. It wasn't busy at all and we're the only one sitting in the playroom. Practically the only ones in the restaurant at dinner time. Obviously didn't even try. Seriously, this is the worst McDonald's in the Columbus area.

Original 2022: Let the kids play and the playroom and ordered table service. They were not too busy at all. Entered table 133 and waited more than 15 minutes. Finally found the food sitting at the counter. Asked what happened and the server said table 133 didn't exist. Told him it did in the playroom and he AGAIN said the table number didn't exist! So food was sitting at least 10 minutes on the counter. Food was cold. And you can see from the picture the table number is real. Hard to find good, polite help these days I guess.

Ketchup tap splattered bits of ketchup with compressed air everywhere. Employee says it never works. Based on other bad recent reviews and no replies, this restaurant is in desperate need of a management shakeup.

Always forgets food today I got 2 McDoubles only Max sauce and got 2 McSingles with 0 sauce. Manager was just on her phone the whole time and drive thru worker seemed like I was bothering him by asking for ranch for wife’s nuggets which they were out of

They are now having teens work weekends so the food is never done right. They should have a supervisor, supervising the kids and teaching them properly, ppl will wait for fresh food js

They try their best fast, one person was working drive through registers and front dinning room I tipped her because I knew she was putting in a lot of effort.

WORST AND REALLY SUSPICIOUS MCDONALDS EVER! After hours they only take cash? ! Are you serious right now? Also they’re slow service & really sketchy at this place!

The people who take order have no clue what you are saying, and you don't have a clue what they are saying. Well, with employee shortage, one has to be happy with what you get.
