The worst experience, cold and soggy food. No compensation! All mess up my orders. Won't be coming here until your night shift gets it together!

Woman who took our order at the drive thru was extremely rude. The girls who gave us our food tried to give us someone else's order.

Way overpriced for the cost of the food they want to park everybody no matter if it's a soda pop or a large meal

I work nights and I hope this is helpful for the other night owls. Avoid around midnight because they're understaffed and bring cash around 2-3am because the card machine is down a lot around that time.

Do not order curbside at the Maple location, this is the second time I had to go inside and pick it up even though they were not busy. They do not respond to these reviews so it's obvious they do not care about their customers.
Shut down this location, so the frustration will end.

Well got a crispychicken/fries
Fries were good but chicken was so rubbery couldn’t chew it plus no receipt so unable to go to The Voice
Could not eat the chicken
Very disappointed

It's a McDonald's, you know what you're getting. This one is always extremely busy, so expect a long line in the drive-thru. They also have that really annoying split drive-thru with 2 separate menus.

PS: "2 liquid cane sugar" in coffee does not mean *literally* fill half the cup with it. Who does that? Maniacs, I tell you.

We go there often, but the Maple Ave.site seems under managed. Often the drive-through speaker is unclear. Often the ice cream machine is down. When you can get ice cream, the serving is tiny and overpriced. Today a worker came out the back door and smoked and spit repeatedly in full view of the drive-through line. No big deal, right? Still, McDonald's should try harder.

Went in and bought a large sweet tea. Waited a few minutes after purchase. She forgot to give me my cup. But not bad. Floor flet greasy.

Ordered the 6 peice nugget for kids meal and instead of apples we ordered extra fries and did not get it.

Sausage gravy and biscuits. Didn't have enough gravy to cover 1 but not 2 Biscuits. We picked out the cleanest table we could find. Still had to wipe it down. Sorry to say we gave this McDonald's a second chance. And it was no difference than the time before. Employees were not friendly and acted like I was an not a person and the their phone was important to their little life.

Food was good, place was very busy, forgot some things as expected and of course no napkins.

McDonald's is my favorite restaurant. I don't understand why there's such a bad education. I'm talking about this McDonald's and other places too. Everywhere you have to wait very long to order and even longer to get it. I'm talking about the lounge, I can't tell you how McDry's works, I used it 1 time, it was great. But to eat inside it is necessary to have the stamina. Expectation. All McDonald's are very dirty in the hall and especially in the toilets. Very dirty, sometimes the taps and dryers don't work, it's dirty everywhere. And that despite the fact that people attend the gym a little, usually all in cars. It's horrible. It's time for McDonalds to change. The service and the cleanliness.

Sometimes a ti y wait I. Drive through line, but food is always proper and doesn't look smashed up or has never been like left me un happy. The folks that work and manage the place is what's great all of them are good people that's 99% of the awesomeness. 5stars ️
