McDonald's, Rossford OH

The service on Dorr and Collingwood was horrible and the food was cold! I asked if their shake machine was working, he said yes. The whole time at the window he asked my order 3*. When I got to the window he was on his phone while talking to me! I said, WOW you really on your phone no wonder you didn't get my chicken nugget order. He said well I'm the manager! I said, AND!? !? ! The other young man that made my shake was doing it with one hand while looking at his phone! And my shake was runny

One person on window during rush hour. Paid for wrong order by confusion. Everyone can't work the window alone, takes skills to work both drawers and mics with becoming confused.

Sat in the line for over 45 mins just for no one to come to the drive thru speaker saw employees outside and ask them if they were closed they replied no were just lazy absolutely ridiculous will never go to another McDonald's ever again DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE

Always been one of the best locations. Unfortunately the last three times, including last night i had been there, it's been terrible. Food made wrong, sweet tea taste like it barely has sugar, fries barely warm and soggy. Especially last night when they pulled me up to the next wait to wait. What was i waiting for? The extra time it took to put extras on sandwiches that were supposed to be plain and simple. Literally only cheese.

No issues here. I didn’t eat in and only used the drive thru. It was quick for the length of line. All the food was fresh and well prepared. Coffee was made exactly how I like it. No issues at all.

On a trip south. So I'm not a regular. Got down the road and forgot some of our food. But charged us for it. Thanks. I'm still hungry.

Their floor is very very slippery in the lobby. And their double doors slam VERY HARD. Total hazzard in that lobby. Someone is going to slip and sue them

This was just an okay McDonald's however I have found that the service is not very good here and my food was not very good it was made very poorly

I have nothing against people who dress Gothic but I thought I was at a Halloween party at McDonald's everybody looked like clowns but the cashier took the prize. He seemed like he was stoned I asked for a Vernors he said he didn't know what that was I explained to him that it's a soda that they carry he told me he still didn't know he gave me root beer I told him I did not drink that he kind of shoved my drink back at me I didn't get a receipt in my burger was microwaved my fries were soggy just all around bad experience then he has a nerve to get smart with me and told me that had I ever heard of a root beer I explained him yes I just don't drink it. If you don't want to work just stay home and get high

This location has consistently hot fresh fries. The service is quick and friendly. Did I say the fries were hot and fresh? One of my favorite locations.

Went with my sister. Tried sausage egg and cheese biscuit
Couldn't finish it. Quality on biscuits has gone down.

Drive tru empty… can you please pull forward and wait ten minutes for two burgers so our order time is still good?

It’s like they just throw the food together and the food is always burnt, then need to hirer ppl that want to work

They no longer sell the happy meal toy separately so now I have to buy a second happy meal for a child who only eats noodles for lunch so I now have to waste food. Mcdonald's is becoming disgusting

Was told y’all were only accepting cash only at the drive through was excited to order McDonald’s tonight & was told only cash only, I happened to have a gift card on me and was told you don’t take that either, kinda disappointed…
