McDonald's, Pataskala OH

I love using the app. Order, pull up, wait in your car and out comes your food. I know it's not a gourmet meal but I am easily pleased.

I said no cheese twice and repeated after she said it but I had cheese on my breakfast sandwiches they need belltone for their window workers

Jut there told an employee about a spill at their fountain. The just look at me, then saw a kid fall from the spill. Told another employee what just happened just shrugged. Finally yelled at them after a girl fell and hit her hend on the floor. What is wrong with you McDonald's!

Well let’s see…. 20 minutes and counting, had to pull up to wait for a missed quarter pounder and then again for my sons apples. I’m NOT loving it

The service sucks. Every order is wrong, don’t never have the intentions of eating what you want but have the open mindset to have a taste for someone else’s food. If you go to return food for your proper food so many people will have they food they will pretty much say screw u here and make u literally wait in their face.

I’m from the concrete jungle, rotten apple, and the McDonald’s on the east coast is night and day. There’s way more people where I’m from and the service is on point, top tier. I came to this McDonald’s in Ohio and they can’t handle the small amount of people in this town. It’s sick!

We are in and they didn't even call out or bring our order to us like it said they would hen right in front of where you get drinks there was a spilled drink a kid fell so my husband went and told them about they did. Nothing then a little girl hit the floor hard on her back and hit her head after my husband said something for the second time they finally cleaned it

Everyone enjoys McDonald's. Classic meals that are delicious! A bit over priced but still with the money. There are also many inexpensive items on the menu and they often have deals!

Worst McDonald's ever! Orders are constantly wrong, staff is rude and service is always incredibly SLOW. Definitely not going back.

Whenever we order a smoothie or ice cream it’s always half full. When we pay for a certain size there’s no point in paying the full price if it’s going to be half full

So I'm a door dasher and I had a early order so I went thru the drive thru and they told me to cone in no problem when I came inside the manager was telling everyone that us dashers crack her up and then told me I needed to get a job that's real professional

They have made to to wait in driveway for My drinks more than 20 mins with my fries and food on car….

I ordered the grimace shake tonight for me and my brother to try it and they gave us vanilla shakes when we ordered the meal so that doesn’t make sense.nuggets we’re stale and my moms cheeseburger was messy and we found some weird burnt thing in the wrapper.we also got no straws? My big mac was the only good thing but there was HEAPS of sauce and it was almost sickening so i took off that peice of bread.my mom ordered extra onions and it was written on our receipt.i think u can guess there was no onions.fries were stale too but i still ate them

I got a bacon egg cheese biscuit the biscuit was so hard I could not bite into it the hash brown was cold and greasy and the coffee was luke warm I had to threw the whole meal away! It's as if all the food was from hours ago but I was in at 7: 15 am. I promise the food was from the day before

My son went in to get sauce that wasn't put in our bags in the drive thru. He literally decided to walk out after waiting 20 min. For someone to help him. No one offered to help, just a bunch of girls talking and playing around instead of actually working. Our fries tasted old. This is not ok. I'm calling corporate. They're getting paid to do what? I'm paying for what? Rediculous!

Oh that's so great at McDonald's I love going there take care of you get your order right and you don't have to come back and go pay back after ice mistake is made

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve been too. The people they have working in there are really bad. Please tell me how there are no less than 5 employees who are standing around and no one else in line but me and I had to pull up and wait 15 minutes for my order and it wasn’t extreme. Very basic combo/drink. Not to mention the issues with placing my order were a bit much. The girl taking the order was too busy talking to actually pay attention. So I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker and still had to correct her at the window. Get my food home and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 large fries and 1 medium. This is what they are giving people who order large fries. All 3 were below half filled. This being the worst. I know it’s fast food and I could just eat at home but when I decide to spend my money and time at a restaurant, fast food or not I expect to get what I’m paying for. I worked at McDonald’s. It is not a hard job to ring up orders and there is downtime to talk and play around but it’s not when customers are present and can hear you. It’s rude and poor representation of work ethic.

The wait in line was very long but the food was good and hot and the order was accurate and delivered thru the window by polite and friendly attendants.
