Every time i go to this location they mess up Me and my family order i went to this location the girl or women that was talking my order today
september 10,2023 around 5: 20pm was rude. I placed a order told her i don't see the items i requested is non't correct on the screen she don't fix it but told me it will be corrected just pull around. Got home guess what order mess up
the only reason i keep go back is because this location is very convenient to me because i work 5 minutes away. But this is getting out of control and must i mention on other visits in there making a complaint other customer are also making complaints also. Can the district manager pleaseeee address this matter because this location has rating of 3.5 and this could be the reason.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food, but this McDonald’s always provides great service, fresh McNuggets, and fries.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes for breakfast on a Sunday at 8: 30am. Ridiculous.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and was not even acknowledged by the 3 employees I saw (one being the manager). Seems like they are trying to force customers to order eith those dumb kiosks.

Order a quarter ponder with cheese meal the meat was pink the fries where cold and my sweet tea was not sweet all around gross

Worker was really polite when they delivered my food to the table & asked if I needed anything. Food's taste was great but it seems like the McNuggets are getting smaller & smaller

Actually probably still the value leader in fast food but still prices are rising. 99 cent any size drinks up 30% 1.29 now. And now spendy famous breakfasts. Not really loving it but still probably the value leader.

My experience in life tells me that if I'm told to take a number tent thing back to my table after ordering, an employee will bring the food to me when ready. Not so at this one. By the time I investigated where my lunch was, about 15 minutes had passed since completing the order. Another customer noticed a lonely tray on the mobile order stand. 'Twas mine, and by this point, cold. Mind you this was not a mobile order, either. (It would have been but the app kept telling me I couldn't check out because the chicken sandwich, fries and tea weren't available.) The tables weren't exactly clean, either. I didn't see anyone handling that during my 40 or so minutes here. I realize this is a different era. Still, though, it's like this particular manager has just given up even trying to take care of the inside part of the restaurant. Fortunately this doesn't appear to be the norm in the area. Yet.

Stopped and got a fish filet sandwich, asked for light tarter. They not only put a lot of tarter, but they put it on top of the bun as well. Not just a little, it was a glob and obviously intentionally done.

Extremely slow service. Cashier was flustered and complaining that they were understaffed. While waiting I could see a couple workers sitting in an office in the back. You would think if they were that busy they could have pitched in but customers just got to stand there and wait. I waited almost 15 minutes for a hot coffee and iced tea.

Was surprised to see 80 yr old working! Didn't know what to say without offending her so I just smiled! Fish sandwich was good!

The food is not good as it use to be, the service is fair but I'm loosing my desire to ever go back

The slowest drive thru. Never have I had to wait over 20 minutes for drive thru at a fast food place.

Drive in was very slow. We waited 40 minutes in line. Staffs were not friendly at all. I saw lot of people drive away their cars due to delay in service.

Unprofessional and unclean. Utterly disappointed in this establishment and everything it stands for.

Minor delay at the register because an employee pressed the wrong button which required a manager to intervene.but everything was good after 3 or 4 minutes at the window.

The food however was horrible! I ordered a McDouble and a Big Mac. Both were ice-cold and had I only checked them BEFORE leaving their parking lot, I would have gotten back in line to have them replaced. Unfortunately I was already at the traffic light by their entrance and on my way home.

Additionally the Big Mac look like somebody threw it into the box from across the room. Why doesn't McDonald's care anymore about their image? !? ! Nobody greets you properly anymore, nobody puts the sandwiches together neatly so it looks appealing in addition to tasting good. They just don't care!
