McDonald's, Alliance OH

Service wasn't the issue the food however was gross my husband got a bone in his nugget and I ordered two double hamburgers with no onions and both burgers had cheese on them and onions on them couldn't even eat

19 dollars for 2 double cheese 2 small fries and 4 apple pies, all the prices increase but the quality of food or service never does. Worst fast food joint hands down never going to a McDonald's again.

I just left, 6: 12pm on Friday July 7th. I was pulled to wait for a box plus a 10 pc which was fine, but when they brought it out there were things missing. I went in and the manager was rude. He didn't apologize for the mistake, he snapped at me and practically threw the missing food at me. I worked at McDonald's for 5 years so I know how things are. And yes maybe it's busy and hectic but that's NO excuse for being rude when you made a mistake in the first place. Completely unacceptable behavior, from a manager no less.

ALOT of dirty tables, one of the workers generously kept eating fries while on the clock and serving customers. But the ice cream machine was working

Lukewarm fries, no salt on fries nor was there salt/pepper available to use, no napkins available, quarter pounder burger could not have been more bland

Sandwiches, salads, breakfast, limited breakfast menu all day and a kids menu. The best coffee too!

Ordered food it was all cold and barley put together then the two sweet teas i ordered looked like water

Drive Thru order, around 1pm. Drive thru attendant very difficult to hear (windy day), but more than that, the attendant was very impatient. It sounded like she was upset with us for taking a few minutes to decide what we wanted. We took more time than usual because it was difficult to hear her answers to our questions.

Order wrong anyway at the window, adjusted with her there, same attitude. I think she may be an awesome attendant, but perhaps isn't ready for drive thru yet.

Food was as expected, order complete and correct after payment.

Service normally good. No ice inside, and no lids. Went up to get lids and didn't have to say any thing he just handed me lids. Ordered table servise and had to go get myself. So they knew they were out just to lazy to do their job.

We went inside to drink a cup of coffee. You get much better service in the drive through. Had to ask for service and still waited and waited. For coffee?

They're always so nice! My son even notices how nice they are at the drive-thru. We drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this one over the other location.

Every time I go through the drive thru at this location they mess up my food. My son, who is autistic and very particular about food, will only eat cheeseburgers with ketchup and cheese only on it. He will not eat it even if I take everything else off. Low and behold they mess it up EVERY SINGLE TIME! What's ridiculous is it'll be right there on my receipt 'only ketchup and cheese'.

Ordered food for take out, got home and the bread on the crispy chicken was Obviously moldy.
