McDonald's, Mansfield OH

They never get my order right, always got five cars pull away and wait for their order, have to repeat what I want

Food was ok fries are always cold, People don’t know how customer service is a top priority and managers don’t seem to take pride in their work.

The girl who took our order was rude. She said you can order now. Then we told her we had an online order.code was her response then pull around.

The kid at the window tonight didn't pay any attention to us. We pulled up and just handed us the milk, said nothing. Then tired to hand another drink and had to tell him not ours. He stood there with his ear buds in not paying any attention to us. He handed us one bag and stated there's another.and walked away came back gave us our last bag. He wasn't even acknowledging us. I understand customer service isn't the easiest but, my gosh just look at us talk to us.

The workers seemed miserable and very unhappy. I understand we have bad days but this was way bad.

Ok food & fast service. Staff barely acknowledged us & say anything when giving our bag of food so had no idea if that was everything.

No sauce in kids meals after they were told. Mcdouble looked like a 2 year old threw together grease coming through the wrapper. Then 10 min wait on food after we went thru drive thru

25 minute for 3 sandwiches and an order of french fries and getting cussed at by employees is such a way to get great customer service wish I could give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest they will allow

The people were super nice and were able to provide quality food in a timely fashion. I had a 30 dollar order that came quick and was hot.

The food was cold. The fries were rubbery. The staff were slow to wait on the 1 person standing at the counter.

Everytime I'm here there's never sweet tea at the bar I always have to ask for sweet tea to be put out

The only McDonald's out of Galion, Crestline and Ontario. Ontario was the only one to consistently make the perfect crispy bacon on my biscuits upon request Thank You!

I stopped for breakfast, not much of a line in drive thru. Got my order relatively fast. Food was hot, all was good.

Overall good McDonalds. It gets 5 stars because its Sweet Teas are still only $1 unlike most now a days. Food was fast and was warm. Will stop again.

Just left the drive thru where you could hear a male employee bad mouthing us for not paying at the first window, (when there was no one at the window, and a sign that said proceed to the next window), not once but TWICE. Made comments about us trying to not pay for food, how our “dumbasses” didn’t stop at the window to pay so why should we get our sandwich, even after we paid at the second window immediately. Management should hand the teenagers working around 8pm on 04/08/23 an attitude adjustment and crash course in customer service.

Clean, friendly staff. I got a free drink! Food was hot and fresh. Crispy fries. I haven’t had McDonald’s in years, and was pleasantly surprised

Ordered a Mchicken and this is what I got. No mayonnaise, rotten little lettuce and a cold dried up chicken patty.

Employees are very ride. Not a word was said to me when I got to the window. Last time I was there the employees were screaming at a customer through the window. I watched this go on for several minutes. Food is always cold that is if you even get all of your food.
