The McDonald's I visited was victory parkway in the Walnut Hills district, No Play area for the children

It's McDonald's, but they're one of the faster ones in the area. The morning staff is always very friendly.

They pull u up for no reason it can be no line and they will still have u pull up to wait on food

Attendant at drive thru window was very rude and inattentive to the customer but was very attentive to the needs of her young pre school aged daughter who was in the employee area at 11: 45 PM

Order with Mobile app, went to drive thru speaker gave code was told to go to 2nd window. Person, possibly manager, not in uniform said there was no order. She had to see app for order. I showed her the email, since app wasn't showing order properly. I said why was i told to go to 2nd window if no order was showing. Small kids are in the kitchen area. Finally she accepted the email showing paid, time and date. My burger was pink inside. Fries hot and salty.

I Went to eat with my grandson for lunch The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean the coffee was fresh and the food was good and hot.

This was my first time at this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to wait a few minutes on cookies, but they were fresh! It was an enjoyable experience.

You have to make sure you have everything you ordered because they won't give you all your food and they never apologize for there mistake, smh.

You guys did n excellent job! Great customer service. The food was hot n fresh. In n out pretty quickly!

You get in and out pretty fast this service is pretty good and your food is always right it is nice and hot that's the way I want it keep up the good work

They no longer have chicken as an option for those who don’t eat beef or pork… unless you get a meatless sandwich.ugh, was really craving mcdonald’s breakfast.

Morning manager was taking everything out on every one so I'm asking who owns this one because if it's the Groen family then they won't be too happy with her customer service and the way she talks down on her crew members.

Sunday morning 2/12 there was a woman a manager that yelled at the dude at an employee taking our order. And that made him flustered. So our order was wrong. So when we got our food. And I said it was wrong the lady made a rude comment turned around started talking, cussing, walking away. Moral of this story is that don't yell at your employees you're going to make them upset and when people get upset they make mistakes.

I wanted a number two sub bacon
Easy right

I got because that lady yelled at that employee to put down a number eight sub McMuffin which is not what I wanted it's got all that extra stuff on there that's on the bagel steak or Bagel bacon that I don't want to eat.

I'm going to avoid this location. One car in front of me. Made to pull forward and wait. I pull up to window. Made to wait in number 2 spot. For an iced coffee and sausage biscuit. Drive through person sounded new or disinterested. This is ongoing. I respect customer service can be difficult but time and again this location is frustrating mornings. Oh and I mobile ordered. Where did that help me?

The morning manager is so sweet! I was doordashing an order, but the drink they wanted wasn't available and she not only informed me so I could contact my customer, she also gave them one of their new blueberry pies and a new drink to make up for the wait and loss of desired item! Awesome communication, and if I'm around town, I'll give this McDonalds my business and support!
