Each time I go to McDonald’s I always ask for a lot of onions but never happens seems like they can subtract but not add to well it sucks I eat McDonald’s 4 times a week and still never get the best burger

The order was incorrect, and the fries were warm at best.
You would think that after waiting for 10 minutes, they would get it correct. And this was at 2: 30 in the afternoon. So I feel sorry for anyone trying to get something during peak hours.

McDonald’s really is a machine when it comes to serving up lots of people! Got in there at lunchtime and quite a line but it didn’t take long to get ordered up and get my order. I always check it before I leave. Any takeout that’s always Rule #1 and it was spot on. I don’t do McD’s that much but it’s always the same when I do- good!

This location is still our favorite. The food is good and consistent, and the staff are always attentive and courteous, even when things get really busy. Great job! It's always a good meal and great people.

Waited 16 minutes in line with just one car ahead of us and the lobby closed just to get a mcchicken not the way I ordered and a diet coke when I asked for a regular coke.

I had to pull around and wait for the food. When I got it the employee took off with another bag for another vehicle. She came back by and told her I'm missing items. She looked at me and said I'm not allowed to be rude. She was young and has no idea what rude is. I went inside and the manager took care of my issue. That manager is the only reason why I'll go back.

I hate to leave a bad or negative review but 95% of the time I stop here they mess the order up, take forever (fastfood?), and act like I am an inconvenience. I know its only that or those certain employees and not Mickey Ds. I just dont get why people act the way they do today.

I got in line for breakfast in the drive through at 9: 55am I got to the order speaker at 10: 15am. I had no communication until 10: 28am only to be told that the person working the drive through was told to not to take any more orders. I would have been fine with it if I was told that they wouldn’t be taking any more orders but instead they had us wait in there for far longer then they should have. I was in at the speaker thinking “I swear if they are just waiting for the menus to change then that’s bull”. Two minutes till 10: 30am I was told by the person working the window “I’m sorry my manager told me not to take anymore orders”. I would have rather them say “hey sorry we can no longer server breakfast at this time” instead of having us wait for so long. To the person working the window I’m sorry you have an incompetent manager that doesn’t know how to explain a situation customer.

This is for the Lila Ave location. We pulled up to the drive thru and literally waited 5 minutes and no one said anything at all to us. So we went inside to order and waited at the counter, no one acknowledged we were there so I ordered on the thing where you order yourself. Waited a long time to finally get our food, which was only one happy meal, that's it. I should have checked to make sure everything was correct before I left because there was no toy at all put in our box which basically the only reason my 5 year old wanted to go there. It was a horrible experience. It has been awful every time I have ever went there to be honest but I've always went back for some reason. But never again. The 15 minute drive it takes to get to another one will be do worth it. By the way, I have never ever written a bad review about anywhere but I just had to considering how many times this has happened here. Do not waste your time or your hard earned money!

So Chris the manager is amazing so kind and the staff is really nice only thing I wish was different was the wait it is very very long but I get it stuff happens and people can be awful and the staff makes the place earn 5 stars 100%

I went to this McDonald's on Lila Avenue in Milford Ohio and it was a total joke! I literally waited 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger Happy Meal. I watched three people standing there doing nothing while I was waiting at the window to get my food. One of them was drinking a shake and kept looking over at me but never even spoke or asked me to hold on or explain anything. Then I watched two of them play with a salt Shaker trying to fill the salt for the fries! I will for sure not be going back to this location ever! Also what made it even worse was I was literally the only car there there was no cars parked in the parking lot so I don't understand what the issue was! Nor was I ever told why my weight was so long everyone just ignored me while I was waiting at the window!

The drive-thru was unbelievably slow. The explanation was 3 people called off for their shift and a customer before us had difficulty with their order. I would suggest they ask this person to move to a parking spot and keep the drive-thru moving. It was at a complete stand still for 20-25 minutes.

On a second note, the food was somehow extra greasy and put together very sloppily.

Kudos to those employees who stuck it out to work this shift but someone should have taken the lead to get things back on track.

Called about an issue they said to call door dash instead of saying hey it is an issue with the app however it’s our promo we can take care of it.

Charged me for food I didn't order. Didn't give me the food that I ordered. They were very nasty and rude. Will not be back.

Add review
