McDonald's, West Chester OH

Food is typical American fast food quality. The service is very slow, but rarely any order issues at this location.

I went here to get a sprite through the drive thru & had to go back through being that my sprite was out of syrup. I went back through and asked me to pick out a different drink. I asked them if they could switch out the syrup being that I’ve worked in the industry I know this takes about two minutes. And she said no that they didn’t have anyone to do it that they were to busy. There were two cars behind me in the drive thru they couldn’t have me pull forward and bring it out. So I paid for a drink I didn’t even want.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went through the drive through at 8am. There was maybe 2 cars at the window waiting for food. I sat there for 5+ minutes before leaving. The time before that I was told they are no longer taking orders for the morning. The time before that they were only taking cash as the CC machine was down. I can excuse the machine being down (it happens) but the manager was extremely rude because i didn't have any cash when they failed to tell me until after i ordered.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Stopped here to get my husband, who is in a wheelchair, lunch. Asked them to make a sandwich plain it came out with everything. When I got there there were two boys who had the cashier so confused. Then they didn’t have enough money. Of course their food came out wrong and they got new food plus the food that was “wrong”. Then they asked for “water” cups and filled up with sodas repeatedly. Then while I was waiting, one of their employees was leaving and grabbed an armful of apple juice out of the fridge for the road and a drink for her friend. Friend asked, “shouldn’t I pay? ” Nah girl, let’s go! Back to me. My husband ordered an iced tea. They keep that behind the counter. I got a refill and then needed a second. The girl behind the counter told me they don’t give refills on tea. I told her I just got one and she said well then, you already got one and walked away. Guess if I was into stealing, I would have been good to go. Iced tea? Really? You would think it was gold!

Waited for 15 minutes for two double cheeseburgers and one coke. Only three people working for lunch. I get staffing issues are everywhere but when the drive thru pumps out cars and the inside is that bad, close the lobby and force the drive thru.

The worst service I have ever experienced at any McDonald's in this area. Their dining room is closed at 8: 00 on a weekday which is unheard of at any location. Managers are rude and ignorant and disrespectful.

I'd give a negative for atmosphere if I could, brought my kids in to dine and the inside was filthy food all over the tables and floors. The workers were talking loudly and cursing my kids listened to them go back and forth. We ordered $40 in food and it was all slopped together. Definitely will not be back to this location!

I believe that I witnessed an underage individual who I have now learned is the General Managers son to be working at this particular location at 6 a.m. Meaning this individual must have been at this location as soon as it is open for that shift. The young gentleman in question looked to be around 12 years old. I am deeply concerned about this occurrence especially since this location is not held under corporate regulations as being part of a franchise and his labor would be allowed under his parent's stipulations/ general manager of this specific store and not necessarily the corporation's brand or really code of operation. I do hope to hear back from the franchise and if I witness this occurrence again before I receive feedback i will be making a complaint to the BBB. Please clarify and/or correct this situation.

Says the dining room closes at 12 on Friday, locked by 9: 30. Should change the sign on your door, bad enough this place almost always has bad service.

The ice cream machine wasn't working. The slush machine was working. They didn't have any sweet tea.

Drive thru on way to work and no meat on my burgers. Burger King and Wendy's down the street go there

Worst McDonald’s in west Chester, rotted apples in the happy meal, cold fries, order messed up, rude staff. Take the extra 3 min and go to the Princeton location

Rolled up at 4pm on Sunday. Cars were in the drive-thru and at the window receiving orders.

I pulled up and was told they weren't taking any more orders. I ask why and was told "we are understaffed. "

I asked if I could just get a sweet tea, and she replied "nope. "

Won't be back here ever.

Never was helped in the 2nd drive-thru line. Ended up leaving after 5 cars were helped in line 1 while I waited.

They shorted me 20 nuggets and I have been trying to call for two hours and no is answering the phone. Not good device.
