20What is the point of being 24hrs if you aren’t? I’ve been getting out late from work and 3 times this week I’ve tried to stop by but always closed? ! And this is around 1am-4am but all the workers sitting outside and the reason today “we have to count inventory” other restaurants stay open to count.
Phone number doesn’t work and they don’t know how to serve food. Who puts tartar sauce in a box for a fish sandwich and there portions are terrible. Don’t recommend this McDonald’s unless you want your order wrong
Got my food quick and the staff were very kind to me and joyful only thing was no water bottles? Which was pretty weird
This location is missing a chromosome. I've seen White Castles run more intelligently and efficiently than this location. (EDIT) open 24 Hours? I've never seen a restaurant that advertises to the public one thing but doesn't fulfill. This location needs to be SHUT DOWN.
Used the app as they always suggest and well no drive thru code was sent however you charged my account. Then call them no one answers way to go McDonalds way to keep your customers satisfied.
This location is run by a bunch of high schoolers on the weekend. Waited 32 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a 6 piece nugget. Terrible lol
The drive through was very fast and the food was made fresh and hot, I had 5 cars in front of me and it took less than 5 minutes to get my order. I highly recommend this McDonald's if you're hungry and in a hurry, you won't be disappointed.
Y’all see the words RIGHT next to the speaker? They also had a sign in front of the building AND in front of the drive thru.when it was 2am and nobody answered the speaker.don’t advertise that you’re “open” 24 hrs if you’re not, and if you are, maybe hire more reliable staff to run the restaurant? Crazy.
LarderRoom. This McDonald's has all the bells and whistles. They have a great drive-thru, kiosk ordering, in person ording and even order from the app and have it delivered to your table. The staff was busy but pleasant. The restroom was clean. I just ordered nuggets and fries, and it was promptly delivered to my table. Oh, and I alsontried the sugar-free vanilla coffee! Good! Overall good experience. I did get charged $. 25 for a water cup, but such is life!

Waited 23 minutes for girl to take order. French fries cold and hard. Cheeseburger stale bread. Cheese wasn't melted. Was cold. No toy in happy meal. Had to ask for drink cups. When I said something to manager she replied oh well and walked away. NEVER HAD SERVICE AND FOOD THIS BAD.will NOT return. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE
You have to ask for napkins and be prepared to remove your own pickle if you order something with no pickle. Everything still tasted good but Mt. Carmel does a lot better.
Stay far far away! It's so bad. Today I waited 45 minutes for my app order of 3 happy meals, a triple, and a McChicken (not a large order!). I asked for a refund, but was told I'd have to request that through the app. Frustrated, but trying to remain patient I obliged, but only to be told through the app that I would have to ask for a refund through the restaurant (of course this was after I had already left the restaurant). This place is a disaster. Every customer there was frustrated. The location surely did not seem short staffed, but rather just without any care for customer satisfaction. And apparently corporate is the same.
Food was cold for my party of 3. All orders were different items. Other customer directly in front of me, brought her order back complaining about the COLD FOOD. I understand that your pre-cooked food stays under a broken warmer, but the place wasn't busy. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service.
Order was wrong as it often is. Went in to tell them that 2 things they said weren't on the order. Management there is not a good choice for your store. Haven't been back since. I'll go to Georgetown, Ripley or New Richmond. We eat there at least a couple of times a week.
They got the McDonald's classic - ice cream machine is always down no matter what time you show up. But TODAY as I watch people walk out of the store with a sundae and a vanilla cone, the girl at the drive thru speaker said its down just be honest and say you dont wanna do your job
The workers are always rude, not paying attention to what they’re doing, the McCafé is always unavailable. Worst service I refuse to even go to this one and it’s closest to my house.
What can you say it's McDonald's. Everybody knows the place. I was surprised that when I downloaded the app, an Egg McMuffin was only $2, not $3.69, Worth having the app!
I went at 930 on a Thursday night because Wendy’s didn’t have any food… the crew was the nicest I’ve ever had. I always get anxiety going through drive thrus but this location made me glad I did it!
Home boy at the register had a wife beater on. Lots of foul language. Burger was dry. This McDonald's has never been good.
