McDonald's, Franklin OH

I wish I could rate 0 stars! It took 25 minutes to get a couple burgers and 2 happy meals! Go across the street to Wendy's!

Stopped in obviously for something to eat and was content with the cleanliness of the facility. The lady that took my order was very polite and professional and service was quick. Kinda felt like the old days when you actually received good service versus what a lot of restaurants have become today due to poor and rude staff. Good job to the people at this location for taking pride. Y’all definitely deserve a raise.

Update…. Still horrible. Sat in the drive thru line for 3 minutes with 1 car at the second window only to have them then take the other lines order that just pulled up. You would think management would care enough to fix this. Guess not. Horrible service. The drive thru employee could not keep track of which line he was taking orders from. Took three in the opposing lane before us. We even made a mobile order in an effort to expedite our visit and if McDonalds hadn’t changed their app to charge you if you pick up or not we would have left. Staff couldn’t even say thank you at any point during the visit which was extremely rude. I can understand being busy but come on common courtesy should be an automatic. Food was awful also the bagel sauce tasted horrible that I took one bite and tossed it. I thought the Variety Parkway location was bad but this one takes the award.

Coke was flat behind the counter and in the lobby. Supplies were also missing at the drink station and the mgrs were standing around talking

After reading other reviews, I guess it’s just as well the sign on door says lobby closes at 10: 00 pm and doors were locked at 9: 15. I never got the chance to order anything. They must arbitrarily open and close this place whenever.

The young man working the window and also the front counter. He was very busy and overwhelmed. He did a great job being well understaffed. I didn't get the right order. Close enough

Service was poor but the food.wow.it was great. Fresh, hot tasty and what you want.but the service was really poor.

Terrible service. We tried to get food and the employees were just walking around doing nothing. Don’t go here.

Slowest mcd's in the UNIVERSE and after front counter guy took my order he stared at his phone rounded the corner and took a big hit off his van pen in the back and blew smoke all over kitchen area. To be fair to manager she was busy making everyone's food.

Only taking computer orders. No one there to take order in person for the 15 minutes I was there. Several people were not happy.

Waited forever! Then I finally walked in since they had me park …. NO Meat on the burger! Fries sucked and were cold.

I think this is a great location. I come here very very often and they are always consistent with fresh food and great customer service. They are definitely the best McDonald’s in the area, especially better than that trash location in Franklin, which I used to go to all the time until I discovered this location.

2 managers were screaming at each other in the background so much so the poor guy taking our order in the drive thru couldn't hardly hear to take our order, then when I did get my food, the fries were cold.you could tell the other employees were upset, very poor managers and leadership.
