McDonald's, Harrison OH

Had a senior coffee and breakfast burrito. Both fresh and delicious. The picked up Doordash for delivery. Very efficient friendly and helpful staff.

We came around 1245p today and the drive thru was hectic and long, when we got to the window they couldn't find our mobile order in their system unfortunately, but the lady on drive thru was nice. We went inside to discuss the issue and a man helped get our food and didn't double charge us! He was friendly, professional and seemed understanding. Their was a lot of families coming in as well so we had to wait on our food while they tried to contain dine in customers, overall they did very well! The food was also great

Again: it's McDonald's, frappe machine broke. If you like frappes how many times have you heard that?

Drinks are dispensed from the back. Cannot get your own drinks at this location. Staff seemed to not be happy about being there. The manager was barking orders (yelling) at staff rather than talking in a manner to train them.

Came in ordered a caramel hot mocha and a Mcchicken sandwich.the wait was about 10min.with a friendly smile

Last night, we stopped here on our way home from a Reds game. I handed the cashier my money and received change no problem. I pulled forward to the next window and realized that the lady seemingly had blown her nose and passed it onto my hand. Not mention we ordered a large ice cream cone and a group of teenagers had intentionally made it so large that it fell off the cone.

Pass on by this location.

Ever since they built this new McDonald’s it’s horrible they mess your food up every-time the drive thru attendant was very rude I do not suggest anyone eat here worst fast food experience ever I hope they close down honestly

The line went fast and they got my order correct but the sausage burritos weren't very good the tortilla was hard like it was going stale.

The adults that run the store do great but when evening time hits and the teenagers begin managing the restaurant by themselves the quality of food and service goes out the window. During the morning and afternoon you get good service and decent food. During dinner hours when the Harrison High schoolers are managing the restaurant the manager is downright unprofessional and WILL LIE TO YOU TO AVOID SERVING YOU. We couldn't pick up our mobile order since they were closed early, so I called the store to get a refund. She used the excuse "our system is down and we don't control when it turns off" as a reason for not being able to give me a refund, even though it was 9: 50 when I called and the store closes at 10: 00. Then when I asked for the managers name (which is not only on name tags but printed on receipts at McDonald's) they refused and claimed it was for safety reasons. This means not only can I not get a refund until the next day, but also the manager clearly tried to cover herself and her decision to close nearly 15 minutes early, and claimed she had no control over the situation. This is so far the only time something like this has happened, but this store has consistently bad food and management during dinner hours and it is very clear why.

I just went through there and got a large fry and a large Coke my fry was like half way full I asked for ketchup she said sure no problem but yet still didn't put it in the bag

There is an absolutely gigantic pothole in the drive-thru and spray paint on the menu. McDonald's corporate needs to do something about it.

Whose genius idea was it to let an entire team of strictly 16yr old chads run a weekend lunch service? Spent over $30 in the drive through and I’m missing two full meals
