McDonald's, Warren OH

Ordered inside at 10: 08am, finally got our order at 10: 28. The order was incorrect and the manager was telling at everyone. When I told her it was incorrect she rolled her eyes at me and yelled at someone to fix it. Instead of calling out the order number she was calling out one item that was in the order when she dropped it on the pickup table so nobody knew exactly if their order was available or not. Poor leadership.

Ugh. I ordered a quarter pounder and let's just say it's wasn't cooked. I took 2 bites before realizing how red my burger was. Well I took it back and they politely made me another one. Awesome right? Nope as you can guess it wasn't done either. Will not go back here. Too many times they have messed up my order or food has been gross.

30 minutes in the drive thru for them to mess up my order, not worth the waiting. Go to another mcdonalds

One thing I hate the most is stuck up sassy life hating, miserable attitudes of some workers here, I hope it's just some, idk but customer service skills gets a big fail

Reason for four stars food was the normal McDonald's service was kind of slow. Waited 15 minutes for just a small fry?

Just stopped while traveling to use the washroom. Clean facility and no pressure to purchase.

Food was fresh and hot! Employees just hand bag out drive thru and close window. No words spoken. Might wanna work on hospitality

Stood in line about 15 mins ago and couldn't get anyone to take my bfs order. Service is terrible. Just went again 6/10/2023 around 9: 15 pm. Every single time it takes at least 12 mins to get your order placed and received. The blonde at the drive thru window was very rude. Outside is dirty and food was warm not hot, fries were old.

The Worst I have ever been to it's slow you could actually die from Starvation before you get your food that you ordered and paid for once you get to the window to get your food they Argue with you about paying already said my Receipt was fake by the time your over your limit with that your food is cold and doesn't even have all the Ingredients it's supposed to have. Good luck sitting in the mile long line to get your money back lesson learned.

During our order, we asked for condiments, including salt and pepper, and the employee who waited on someone in our party was told she didn't need salt. There were 7 people in our party and she only gave us 2 packets of salt. Also, they didn't have chicken nuggets, what.

The worst McDonald’s to ever exist. EVER. They’re only in business because this is an area of poverty and there aren’t many options in this area. The absolute worst.

Rudest employees ever.ordered through the app, they told me that the order wouldn't process gave no help on how to fix it. The money already pulled off my card, they essentially told me I was s*** out of luck. When I asked how to cancel or re order they said " I don't know", with attitude in their voice. They were not busy, they could've helped. Oh well, it's McDonald's. I should've known better then to come to this establishment.

Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive-thru to place my simple, non-custom order and then waited 10 more minutes for them to bring it out. It was one meal with small chicken nuggets. At least this time, my order was correct (usually something is missing). Many other cars were waiting, too. Will NOT return to the Parkman Road McDonald's.

It's your typical McDonald's.it was clean and the location is good.the cashier was okay.my food was good, and the drive-through order was correct

Horrible Staff, 25 minutes in the drive thru, had to go to the window to order cause the drive thru operator wasn't paying attention.
