17The worst Big Macs and fish sandwiches I've ever ate this is the worst McDonald's around the cook is terrible the burgers are burnt
315 Tuesday afternoon. I usually stop when its not busy; and order the same thing - Fish sandwich no cheese, medium fries and speciality coffee. Never fails ALWAYS CHEESE on it; the only question is how long it sat in the window.barely warm and the fish is dried out. French fries; hit and miss. Done.
Service is sporadic. Either their mic needs fixed in the drive through or the staff needs to actively listen to the customer to get the order correct in the drive through.
App doesnt work (they know) menu board not operational in DOUBLE MENU LANES (They know). Someone needs to step up here.
The reason I want to rate it this way. Explain to me how a cheeseburger cost a dollar ninety nine But if I Add a slice of cheese To a sandwich it's an extra buck really a little Ridiculous when I can go buy 16 slices of good cheese for 4 bucks. In perspective Let me see. Do I want a slice of cheese for a dollar or a whole cheeseburger for a A $1.99.
Of course they forgot to put cheese on everything we ordered.
Happens pretty regularly at any location.
It's always pull up and wait at this location then they screw the order up anyway. Management is terrible and so is the food. But yet they want big money to screw the order up everytime.
They got the order wrong with almost all of our items I am not going back to this McDonald’s
Waited in line at dinner time with 6 other cars for over 20 minutes. If you can’t be fast then go back to just walk-ins!
Food is way overpriced! For the same amount, I can eat at Panera Breads. So I did! App is a waste of time!
That was the worst food that l have had in long time, that restaunt should be shut down. I have no idea how it passes inspection. I threw my food away.
Food was fresh. Nothing like back at home in Detroit. Didn't even taste like McDonald's it was so good.
The visit was pleasant, food was fresh and hot. The staff seemed to work well together. We're from Cincinnati and I can say honestly none of the McDonald's around here have nearly the same quality.

Friendly folks, fast service, hot and tasty food. Only complaint: I asked for no mayo on the burger and got mayo. Scraped it off and it was still delicious.
Asked for my double cheeseburger PLAIN. They gave me one that was already made with everything on it. I hate mustard and I'm allergic to dill, sobthis was a big fail.
First McDonald's I've been to in a long time that got my order completely right. It was a super large order which made me very surprised it was right. No please pull forward and wait 20 minutes.thank you for awesome service.
It sucked. Food was cold. Fries were cold and soggy. Cheese burger was cold. Took forever to get the food. One worker was fooling around disturbing some other employees.
