McDonald's, Springfield OH

We did drive thru. It was everything you would expect from a well run McDonald's. Fast service with friendly people serving great food and beverages.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and a milk shake and was informed they had no milk shakes and my meat had 0% flavor

This location Is one of the worst in Springfield they are always incredibly rude there and don't know how the app works I ended up having to go there three times back and forth from my home to where they are because they don't understand how their apps work they told me that I would have to bring my phone to use internet in their store to access the app even though I had access to the app outside of their restaurant. When I tried to tell them this they told me that that wasn't possible even though it absolutely is as I've been using their app for quite a long time their manager got very short with me and began to yell at me and as a result I got mad at her and began to yell at her overall the experience was very poor and I would recommend that if you want McDonald's that you go to one of the other three here in Springfield.

Once again, we got half our order. It isn't right that these fast-food chains are allowed to steal from people, and could care less. This is why we don't go to McDonald's anymore, and they just keep solidifying our choices. I even donated to the Ronald McDonald Charity and they still stole from me.

Every time I used the drive thru, I have to pull around park, and go back in because they forgot items or even whole meals I ordered. I just assumed it was because I have a large orders, but the last time my order was relatively small (less than $25). The bad part is when you go inside they ignore you.when they do finally acknowledge a customer has entered the building, the manager treats you like your the one to blame for the order being wrong & and how dare you interrupt her while she's stands around glaring at her staff. This McDonald's needs a change in management for sure.

I got a ten piece nugget and a McChicken only cheese and bacon.the freshest McDs chicken ever. Was great. Never had a bad experience here.

The middle of my breakfast burrito was still cold. Absolutely disgusting, it’s the fact that all y’all have to do is put it in a microwave and yal couldn’t even manage to do that right.

I wish I could give no stars this McDonald's needs closed by health department it's absolutely filthy your feet stick to the floor by the fountain machines and the rest of the floor is greasy garbage piled up flys swirling around everywhere smelled like sewage. Plus they never get your food right everyone there plays on there phone instead of healing at counter and the employees are very rude especially one skinny fuzzy headed lady I believe is. Manager she is the rudest if this was my store I'd fire her for sure

They constantly pull you up to the curb even if there is no one else in line even when you only order 1 item! Most employees are rude, and they Always seem to get your order wrong!

This location is usually the least busy of the ones in town. Service is usually good line don't take to long to get through.

Staff was busy but they were working as a team and that was fun to watch, very efficient staff and wait time was not long.

Well for one thing you never know what you're gonna get a hamburger that's dun or not and it tastes like it has no taste to it the people that work in the drive through they all seem like they don't want to be there like this is just a job and I don't want to be here and so I don't really care

Go through and got a sandwich for lunch I know it's fast food but damn at least you could make it edible worst garbage I have ever had out of any restaurant ever in my life you asked

Ordered a McDouble, and got completely raw meat.
I took my sandwich back in, and the man at the counter was incredibly rude.
They remade the sandwich, which was supposed to be a plain McDouble, and made it with onions and pickles, and I was given more attitude for not wanting that sandwich either.
Also ordered a 40 piece nugget, and asked for ranch and honey, and was only provided with buffalo sauce for my kids.
The store wasn’t busy at the time, and the attitude was completely uncalled for.
This is the closest McDonald’s to my work, so I usually come here, will not be returning.

Fast service, fresh food, down side lady was picking her nose at the window! Luckily she was handling the money!

After all inflation going in, now i pay for water. I'm blasting this on yelp. I won't be returning ever again.
