McDonald's, East Cleveland OH

There seems to often be a problem when I go to this particular Macdonald's I sat in line for 10minutes only to be told at 2: 50am that I couldn't order anything I thought that they closed at 3am I even asked I can't even get coffee and was told by the cashier that her register was cashing out so no because she couldn't place anymore orders. While looking up the complaint line number for Macdonald's I found out that that particular Macdonald's was suppose to close at 3: 30am so disappointing they need signage for all of their rules.

On a late night when everything was closed and my husband and I were out looking for something to eat, we saw that McDonald's was still open. Honestly, I was expecting some bad customer service because it was late and managers are gone for the night. I was soooooooooo wrong! OMG, it was a YOUNG crew working that night that we went and they were courteous, respectful, prompt! All of the food was fresh and hot. They gave EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish! Go there on a late night if you want some quality food and quality customer service. Great Job Night Crew!

Sat in the drive thru for THIRTY (30) MINUTES! When I finally got to the pick up window, the order wasn't even ready!

I’ve ordered food from this restaurant multiple times thinking time and time again that it won’t be that bad but it’s even worse every time. I never get my extras I ask for. My food is ALWAYS messed up my drinks are half full and the food isn’t always cooked all the way. Worst establishment.

I don’t recommend coming here at all. The staff are loud and had an immediate attitude when My boyfriend and I pulled up to the drive thru window. I ordered two shakes that were both melted before we even left the drive thru and they both tasted rotten. Also ordered two sides of fries that where both rock hard and un-edible. Disgusting and will never be coming back. Waste of time and money.

We waited in the drive thru line over 30 minutes in the blazing sun before we could place our order. Finally get to the window to pay for our order to be told the ice cream machine was broke and the credit card machine wasnt working. Why was there no sign posted? And furthermore why were we not told this at the time we placed the order? Needless to say we will not be returning to this location

The staff was friendly but just talked too much instead of working and talking I felt like it was more talking then working.

Slow, not friendly, unorganized. And who ever heard of needing a key to use the public restroom? ! I have to show you a receipt so I can pee? ! FOH Never going to this location ever again!

I just bought tater tots for my daughter and the tots was greasy. McDonald's isn't good for no one

The manager there the woman i did not get her name was a very very nasty attitude every time we go there she talk to nasty to the workers and the customer if there was a McDonald's closer i would go there and not go to that one

For starters, the bathroom was very disheveled and I felt that I needed to wash my hands again after I washed my hands exiting the bathroom. My breakfast order was hastily made, you could bang the bagel against a brick wall and hear it cling. It was hard as a rock. My hash brown was the only saving grace of the meal, and even that was soaked in Grease. The parking lot was full of litter and people asking for money. Being the nice Christian that I am, I gave one some change in hopes that he would spend it wisely at another location besides this McDonald's.

Come on it's McDonald if you've never ate at McDonalds then you must be living in a cave somewhere

The soda always tastes off. Not just flat but strange. It's on my way to work but I cant stop because it isnt enjoyable even for fast food.
They left my fries out last time as well.
In a bad neighborhood

The staff was happy working together, I was out of there fast, my food was good. Although I did hear a cashier talking about the manager not so bad.

Employees using a lot of profanity in the window one lady had on a different shirt with a collar I believe she was a manager but the language was ok with her but.we had a small wait and the food was fresh.

I don't care when I go on McDonald's what time of day it is they always slow I can go in and go through the drive-thru it doesn't make a difference fast food I think not

The time waiting for food once paid, was short. The cook and prep staff was great. However, the order takers were something else to be desired. Overall, I'd rate them almost 5 stars. The dent in the rating is attributed solely the order takers not be on the ready once you approach the counter.

It's usually a hit or miss with this place. They either get food out on time and it's correct, or it's not.

Ordered 2/$5 filet o'fish, one sandwich was so good.the other one was hard (the bun), old fish and nasty looking tarter sauce. Yuck!
