McDonald's, Cleveland OH

The ice cream machine is often "not working". Sounds very similar to the Euclid and East 222nd Street location. Wonder if it's under the same management.

Horrible one lane open only first window to collect money not in use everything was done at second window use my debit card the worker had to run to back to swipe my card also l wanted a milkshake they weren't any no ice cream wow they really need to get that place fixed

Worst mcdonalds in the country. Customer service is horrible, workers are disrespectful, management doesn’t exist. They did some remodeling but the heart is the same, this place is disgusting. The owner should close or sell the place.this place could shine in the middle of a decadent neighborhood but instead is just one more example of whats around.oh yes i have to admit the are few good workers in there. 1or 2.

Slow never get your order right.and it's just absolutely ridiculous how long it takes for you to go through a drive through. They don't have anyone coming in a dining room so it should never be that slow coming through a drive through that's was it for me today. I'm done with 152nd McDonald's

I only go here to buy my two small kids happy meals. Its always over crowded unless u go after 8pm. Seriously. But they can you use better customer service.

Have most definitely improved in customer service. I use to only come because it was close. And hated it every trip.

Food is mediocre and the waiting time is terrible. 15 minutes wait with only two people in line. The Drive through after hours is so slow you could have went home and cooked your own quicker. Other than that the place is clean overall.

Bathroom full of covered toilet paper strewn all across the floor, place smelled like death. Lost my appetite almost immediately! I can't believe McDonald's would let such a DUMP stay in operation!

They never seem to have anything, as if they always run out. Also, don't ask for anything to drink other than a fountain beverage their machines are always out of order too

The food was good and hot, but I wanted a cup of ice which I had to pay for. When I go to the window the toung lady forgot the ice that I had to pay for and when I reminded her, she gave me a half a small cup of ice. I paid for the cup I should've been given a bigger fuller cup.

People of color never go there it's a very racist place it's like you not there they wait on everybody people that come in after you then when all that's done then they wait on you

This mc donalds is terrible that don't make your food right plus you have to wait a half hr for your food. I seen a employ spit on a sandwich I will never go there again. I ask for the manger on the phone they said oh well. Well what the he'll ill never go there again!

It was bad because it have roaches running around behind the cold coffee machine l told the manager but she had an attitude when I told her I also called the health department to let them know I found a manager to be an a****** this restaurant McDonald's is on 152nd and Saint Clair at the five point

Every time I cone here trash on the lobby floor trash can are over filled the restroom smell like a porta potty ewww so nasty and staff don't listen make wrongs order most employees are young kids needs to close and have something built over it

Employee's should be taught that the customers are always watching and listening to what's going on.

Very busy location good customer service but no so fast with orders at times and my have a lengthy wait.

I will never go there again terrible waited 30 minutes to get a Happy Meal waiter through my food

And they take to long letting you place your order

Extremely slow & rude. After waiting an absurd amount of time to get to the speaker, "gansta-boo" says "we aint got no meat". Soo.this couldn't have been on a sign outside? Basically there is a McDonalds on Mayfield & Green, go there instead.
