McDonald's, Parma OH

My chicken was sandwich was dry, fries cold, cheeseburger was horrible and cold and the cheese wasn't even melted and the patty was half off the bun and i even ate in this time.last time i go there. Burger king is way better 100%.

I'm only giving 3 stars because normally they are fast and friendly and I love it but I have been there couple times the past couple weeks and each time I have been there I have gotten the rude cashiers and rude people bringing My food to me at the window and giving me dirty looks so I suggest McDonald's you need to reevaluate your employees

Bathroom was dirty n cost me $19.07 for 2 big Macs which were on special 1 med van. Shake large choc.shake n a large fry which was way to salty

Very slow service, had to wait at least 20 minutes after ordering food to get food. I only ordered a Frappe and a medium filet of fish meal with medium coke

I Come here every day before work and get a Mcchicken and a small fry freshly made. And at this point when they see me they just make it fresh without me having to ask which goes along way for me.:)

Horrible service almost every time I go in, slowest McDonald’s ever, rude employees on multiple occasions, they always forget items and I’m tired of having to go through management all the time for the problems I have had with this store. It doesn’t matter the time of day I got either it could early in the morning, middle of the day or later at night, I could order through the inside touchscreens, the drive thru, the people inside, I have had issues with all forms more regularly than any other store or place of business in general. I wouldn’t go to this one at all if it weren’t, for its location which is actually good it’s what’s inside that’s the problem.

Due to the cashier being so nice is why I have 4 stars. Otherwise would've been 2 stars. Food tasted old. I've worked at McDonald's before and know timers on the meat. Dried out chicken nuggets are not very tasty. Just didn't feel like driving back there with kids all over again.

MANAGER GOT ATTITUDE WITH YOUNG LADY WHO DROPPED HER CUP AND GAVE ME INCORRECT CHANGE AND GOT A ATTITUDE WITH ME ABOUT MY MONEY. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

McDonalds is supposed to be kid friendly environment - Not this location. Drive through worker shouting the F bomb while sitting at the window, even after co-worker asked her to be quiet, she continued even louder. At the next window I asked for the manager - explained what happened and he could clearly see my child sitting in the seat next to me, just said he would address it after he gets done with orders. No apologies.

Horrible, under staffed, dirty, waited over 25 minutes for a cheeseburger which was cold, brought it back in and got one that was burnt. Drive thru line is backed up to the main road. Customers inside complaining, employees moving slower than molasses in winter. Could have cared less what was going on. Never again coming here.

Sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Just to find out hash browns are no longer on the all day breakfast menu

There is black mold in the ceiling located in the playplace! I told the manager, he's reply was" there is nothing we can do about it right now".

Messed up my order, and the manager on the phone with me about it was very rude and cussed me out for their mistake

Horrible! Did not give me half my order, fries have cooked and cold. Line for drive thru was long and I think they just try to push cars through without checking orders. We will wait for quality. Definitely need more staff training. My fault for not going through the entire order at the window, I know better than to trust the employees here.

Fries were undercooked and gross.drive thru was slow and management is horrible. I hate this location and try to avoid it best I can.

We have been here too meny times, each time they have gotten our simple order wrong. Last time we were here we ordered a number 1 with no pickles, they put the pickles on the big Mac again, we also ordered a number 8,6 piece chicken stripes, we received 3 full size stripes and what someone would call a 1/2 of a strip; with no sauce. We started to go to the one on pearl road, its a lot further but they seem to get the order right and on some items the price is cheaper.

When I went to this McDonald's I order 4 drinks. When I pulled up to the window I had to wait 5 minutes and all the employees did was go on their phones and talk to each other. Then they made me pull up for literally another 10 min for 4 iced coffees! There was a guy pulled up before me and I got my drinks quicker than he got his food! I will never be going to this McDonald's again. Staff was horrible.

I like you a lot because there are games for children and keeps in very good condition. Clean and very good service

Service has declined over the past year. Not sure what happened, but they need to manage better.

Filthy store. Horrible barely warm dried out McDouble. My fault for going there but how do they stay in business?
