McDonald's, Strongsville OH

The person who took my order was so nice. I am very happy, the only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because my food was cold. I guess lunchtime is not the best time to go for food! The 2 outdoor drive thru lines were extremely long which shows how busy they are but the food should not have been cold!

14 minute wait for just a slushy for mobile order while they weren't busy. Most importantly, they aren't training proper mask-wearing techniques. The person had their nose barely covered because the metal strip wasn't bent at all.

I just wanted a drink, they didn’t let me walk thru the drive thru! Didn’t pass the vibe check Never coming here again

Been going to Donald's because its my favorite place to go. The last 5months since the pandemic. While in one lane we pulled up and ordered 3 meals. I was rudely talked to and said I couldn't order 3 meals and i wasn't allowed to.i was told to come in and order the 3rd meal. I did. Plus I told the manager and she said he shouldn't of done that and it wasn't true on what the drive thru window said to me. She also told me I could order however meals we needed. She said she will take care of it and let everyone know what just happened and gave me the employees meal discount. I read the review above me and they one also had a rude guy. I must of had the same person. This will not stop me from going but they'll know right away on their employees.

We waited 10 min to get our food and then didn’t get even get what we ordered. Then they wouldn’t answer their phones so we had to wait in line.

Ordered the Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich, the chicken was so dry, it was absolutely terrible.

It has to be good place for kids, but it’s so dirty.the stuff don’t clean up after customer.floor is dirty, I don’t have a word to say about bathrooms.

Took my kids to reward them for getting shots. My food was cold and old when I got it even though I waited forever for it and they gave my daughter a boy's toy and forgot her yogurt. This would not normally be such an issue with me but that was the 2nd time in a week it happened.

The staff is super friendly here. My order is usually right for the most part. I’d say about 90 percent of the time. One of the guys who works the drive thru is freaking hilarious always chit chats with me when the line is moving slow. They give me free fries whenever the line is back up.

I drove away before realized not only did NOT get My extra sauce i got the wrong sauce an my fries were over cooked an the wait was long.i side an drive thru

Definitely not fast food it's slow food when it takes you 10 minutes to go through the drive-thru when you're the only one in the Drive-Thru that's pretty bad

Very unhappy with the condition of the restaurant. I was in at the beginning of the week with my grandson, play area was filthy. Food and prints allover video games. We had to use the bathroom and it was just as bad. These things have been let go for awhile by the looks of things. I am a big fan of Mc Donalds and am very upset by this.

Really sweet girls in there. We just wanted drinks. It was closing I was worried my coffee was end of the day coffee BUT it was FRESH I was surprised.

My four cheeseburgers were good but they forgot my 5 6 and 7th cheeseburger.l listened to killshot by Eminem 8 times before l got my food. They kept forgetting lt lm never coming back until next time l want burgers.

Felt bad for the employees. Not enough help customers waiting to order as well as to pick up orders. Drive-thru backed up at least 15 cars. Ordering inside took me 10 minutes and another 10 to get my order. Won't be going back

I like the new renovation. It's not always clean inside but it's pretty good for a McDonald's. The people there are usually nice. I don't really like their food but that's just me. The frappes are really good- you have to try them. All the food is really cheap too, but not as cheap as 50 cent frosties.

So the food wasn't to bad. But the customer service was bad. The woman's bathroom had no toilet paper and the trash leaked all over the floor in the lobby. They mopped it up and didn't put a wet floor sigh up until I complained that I slid. It's as if they used a grease mop. The play room was filthy. Every table was dirty and we had to wipe it clean. The cleaning wipes was empty. We used a diaper wipe to clean the table and high chair.

Recently renovated and it's really great. Plenty of Self Serve kiosks for folks that don't want to wait in line. New modern minimalist design with a lot of interior space. It's obvious people are spending more time here after the renovations. Double drive-thru lines also make this McDonald's a breeze. I've never had an issue with this McDonald's in any way.

Its so clean and good food, but its kinda crazy in the play area. I went there with my friends to the play area and there were older kids in the baby area, kids being crazy by screaming. But its such a good place I just wanna do a 5 stars!

It's under construction, no signs saying drive thru open only, and on McDonald's app does not clarify that as well.
