Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
19It's a really great place to have a meal, I the run.it's ok like being in a shopping line and you get a treat.
Just got treated like a diseased animal at this location…they acted afraid to take my money or even approach me from the front door. Nuggets were old and cold…even the fries I got were old. Ya know anyone who wants to spend money should spend it elsewhere.
Didn't like how an item was " currently not available " on the app which I prefer and should be encouraged to use but then can be ordered with no problem in the Drive Thru
Friendly staff. The deluxe chicken sandwich was definitely an improvement over their previous work. Still just McDonald's.
They was very unprofessional told them there floors was very slippery they said there was nothing they could do about it and walked away
It was quite busy but after we payed and went to the next window we got are food right after. P. S. Dont get anything spicy if you dont like it. I can't feel my tough Halp.
First they forgot my grandpa's whole meal. Then they forgot to give my dad his sausage patty. Then they for got a oj and when i left i forgot that i ordered a coffee. I dont know how you can mess up this much in 1 order.
Purchased a sausage mcmuffin and muffin was like eating raw doe. Terrible. First time that ever happened there.
A pleasurable experience this McDonald's has always been pretty fast getting you out the door quickly, although the drinks area could've used some attention and cleaned up a bit but other than that was ok.
Food was hot, service was excellent. The place was clean and very child friendly with coloring crayons and coloring pages on every table.
Food was great, service was horrible! I was shocked when I nicely said, “have a good day! ” And the lady looked at me and slammed the window in my face. So very rude! Really disappointed.
We were forced to use the kiosk and when we said we would rather not we were told to use it or not get served. It took four times as long to use the machine than it would to order at the counter. If we are going to be treated this way we will stop eating there.
0/10 do not recommend this McDonald's. The drink machines smell like literal butt hole. My Big Mac was cold and all 3 buns were hard. The French fries tasted like they had been microwaved and sat out for an hour. Plus, the table was broken and sliced my hand open. No good.
Ladies in the drive thru were so friendly and nice, it was an enjoyable experience. Mocha coffee delicious, egg biscuit delicious & was cooked correctly and bacon egg bagel was very good.
Fries are nit fresh unless you request it. Always clean when I've been there. Congested getting in and out next to pilot truck stop
Egg mcmuffins were burnt to the point they looked like hockey pucks, and it was the manager that gave them to us. Little ridiculous.
Stopped here on the way to a Cleveland Cavaliers basketball game for breakfast. They were out of orange juice which was a little surprising. Did not like the idea of the order kiosks.
Don’t go there for a flurry unless you expect it to be 1/4 empty! I got myself and my kids flurries tonight and they were all 1/4 empty. Ridiculous!
As an OTR trucker and a human being I don't appreciate being lied to especially as I was lied to by a couple of the female workers at the McDonald's. As of 2/23/18 @ 5pm this McDonald's had a sign on it's door stating that their drive thru is open 24 hrs on Fridays and Saturdays. I asked these women if this was in fact accurate as I was hoping to grab some breakfast the next morning (2 am) before I started my 14 hour clock. They assured me that this McDonald's would in fact be open at that time. Come 2 am this McDonald's was in fact closed AND when I asked next door at the Pilot I was told that this McDonald's has never been open 24 hours at anytime. Why lie? What does it profit you? Shame on the both of you.
