McDonald's, Cincinnati OH

They where not open at the stated time that was on the front door. Waited 15 more minutes and they still did not open.

There service is not right I ordered door dash and this McDonald’s didn’t give me my shake won’t answer their phone and no one won’t do anything about it they barly put any Frys the burgers was messy hope a manger or someone see this

Ordered 2 for 5 big mac and small fry. All i got was my 2 big macs. Line was 2 long 2 double back. Then they didnt even put a receipt in my bag with the order number. Just horrible

Half of the workers did not have their masks on over their mouths even and the other half didn't have it over their noses. They would also pull down their mask to talk to the customers.

Went through the drive thru at 6 am and they did not help us and we waiting until 615 am and still no help so we left very disappointed

Don't bother going to his place after 10 I honestly feel they purposely make you wait there until you leave

This store sucks horrible terrible bad customer service i waited 15 minutes for a CUP OF COFFEE YES 1 DA** CUP OF COFFEE no free applie pie no free nothing for my wait. Customers were going off cursing them out waiting and waiting

I would give them 0 stars if i could im contacting the better buisness bureau and chamber of commerce.yes that bad price hill has gone down the tubes especially with the young childish paying no attention ignorant conversations they have staff.

The service was terrible. I sat in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes. Most of that time occurred after I had already paid.

Have some dude walk in off the street and steal my friggin soda pop off my table while i was in line waiting on my food. There are cops inside the dining room 24/7. For our "protection", I'm sure. Somewhat disconcerting though either way. Employees are loud and lazy. Service is extremely slow. Get me out of here!

There slow we sat in drive thru over 5 mins be4 was waited on them when got food only half of it was there

Terrible McDonald's no good customer care there employees are rude and nasty they need to hire better nicer people to work there. Nasty ghetto people. And management doesn't want to do anything about making the situation better.

I was very impressed with this McDonald's. When you have been to just about every McDonald's with your kids growing up you've seen them all. But this one was clean the service was great, order was correct. I have been there every other day for 3 weeks now & it hasn't changed. I'm very impressed with McDonald's now a days

This place sucks. Food was cold. Very inexperienced workers. The place is so bad that they have to have the police presence all day in the place.

This McDonald's needs to be shut down. I live in the price hill area and refuse to go back to this one. The food is always cold they always mess your order up the inside dining area is disgusting the employees are very rude and unprofessional. I hate giving this McDonald's a star at all but its the only way they will let me post my review

Its okay.works are always fighting and yelling behind counters. And some seem to have no clue what to do

Some of their workers are lazy and won't get small things you ask for but the mangers are sweet as ever.

This place is often slow, and every time I’ve tried to order ice cream, the machine is down. Not sure what is going on.

This the worst McDonald's I have ever been to the past 3 times I been there food was cold to almost frozen, burnt and don't look safe to eat at all and all 3 times got the same thing. 2 sausage burritos, and sausage egg mcmuffin and had to pull up to wait to get my food for 30 mins.

The lady would not take my order for coffee she told me to ask someone to make the coffee other then her it was only her 2nd day and she didn't know how to work the register to order coffee so i left

Young workers that are rude and not friendly what so ever. My order is messed up every single time I go 5+
