McDonald's, Toledo OH

The messed up my order the manager came window after I saw him wat frie right on the window I think maybe lil less eating and fix the order correct after spending 43 dollars.

Only 2 cookies (Cookies were half-hearted normal size) and no ice cream. Sadly, disappointed. Patty

Worst McDonald’s ever.the people that work at 3am are lazy and won’t serve you. Don’t expect to be served at this time even though this location is open 24 hr. Terrible business

All mcdonald's are slow but this one is absolutely horrible. I ordered domino's pizza as soon as I got in the drive thru (kid and her mom wanted big macs). Ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas and cheese bread. It was done way before I even got to the window to pay. Very sad horrible service. Workers were running around inside talking and playing tag. I'm 100% positive I could have went to Kroger's bought a grill meat and sides and had it cooked in the parking lot before I even got my food. Not to mention when i did get the food it was ice cold and disgusting. Will never visit this location again if anyone does go out of your way go to the one in Michigan secor and Sterns. Might be a little farther to go but at least you'll get better service.

Crazy slow in the drive thru, half the time I'm waiting on my food or I'm dipping out if line even if I did order food

Really slow and got cold over cooked fries. Window guy was lost most of the time. And manager lady was a bag leader

Waited for my food for nearly 20 minutes after ordering, at a fast food restaurant. I ordered a quarter pounder, two 4 piece nuggets and 3 sides of fries. No special orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

Burgers like I've said before have greatly improved over the years from being dry on alot of occasions to becoming fresh beef straight from the grill juicy as all getout.classic fast food establishment, always gonna be one of my favorites. Only issue isn't from the resteraunt but the obnoxious customers that you seem to get quite often

Stood in line for like 30 minutes drank all the shake I ordered and after all that I still had cold fries:/

If it wasn't for the sweet tea the place would suck the workers are horrible and the wait is crazy long to get wrong food & half the food not there

If I could go lower than 1 star then I would. Piss poor service along with unprofessional people working there. Crew members was playing around by the last window, while we waited on our food and then gave us burnt food.

First time trying the Crispy Chicken Wraps & they were excellent.
For some reason this particular McDonald's (Miracle Mile, Jackman Road) service after placing an order is slower than other local ones. There is usually just one person taking counter orders (who does a good job) and I've yet to figure why getting one's order takes as long as it does. Mysterious.

By far the slowest McDonalds in Toledo. Also their ice cream machine has been broken for 5 years. Was nice when I was a kid. But after it got renovated it went downhill. The parking lot is always flooded here

First I was sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for someone to get my order. Than once I went inside, it took 800 years to get my food. The workers were messing around and screaming at each other the whole time.

Very slow service. We had issues with ordering at the kiosk and the worker at the register was visibly annoyed that we had to eventually wake her from her slumber by ordering from her. Dining room was filthy and the condiment station had no napkins or catsup even though there seemed to be plenty of help. I'm a pretty good judge as i was a fast food manager back in the day.

Fries are cold and hard services was horrible the drive thru person was rude and short with me and the wrap i got was the size of a chicken nugget basically no deserts at all either

Rude. Made me wait 5 min to finish a conversation with other worker before taking my order. Drive through moves incredibly slow. Don’t go to this location if you are in a rush.

One of the worst McDonald's in Toledo the managers are disrespectful or the staff! And not very good cleaning and nobody seems to care

Iit took for ever to get our food, they refused to split our order, they didn't have the food we wanted, and they only took cash.

Drive thru lines are so slow. Having 2 lines only made it worse. Food was only warm. Don't plan on going back
