McDonald's, Cincinnati OH

This McDonald's over here in Bond Hill I've been sitting here for an hour traffic is non stop they getting the people in and out fast as possible.

I was not very happy with my experience it was like there was no care involved in preparing my food

This location was horrible. Ordered chicken sandwich deluxe the spicy one and what got was chicken not spicy no lettuce one tomato no pickles which i requested and a penny sized squirt of mayo. Every time i visit this location there is always something bad that happens and with customer service. Its starting to get ridiculous really.

I got my coffee made correctly this time around & my Quarter pounder always hot n good

Was my first time at the store and it was nice. I wish the lady that took my order worked at my normal store. Id go every day, she was so sweet!

I love McDonald's because it's a nice place to go to when you or kids are hungry. And you can choose from anything you like.

I only stop for coffee in the morning and that is a slow process. It seems like the workers don't show up when they're scheduled to work and the manager has to do everything. Kudos to the manager, but they need better workers.

For it being 5: 15am on a saturday these workers are being very nice and respectful. Even though my sleep deprived boyfriend pulled up to the second window to pay instead of the first one lol. I'm guessing since we got here at 5: 08 and they just opened at 5 is why it took a minute on our food that is very hot and fresh. First good expierence I've had in a long time at McDonald's. Thank you i hope the ladies that worked shift get to hear about this.

In the past this McDonald's has been good, this visit wasn't very good. I won't rant and rave, but I won't go back for awhile.

Ordered quarter pounder and small Coke. I got a bacon cheese burger and LG Coke no ice. Employee was offended that she gave me wrong order.

It absolutely horrible I waited 22 minutes for my food after that I walked into McDonald's and asked what was the hold up and the manager said she forgot. I will never go there again.

Rose the manager is so rude and has terrible customer service. I don’t understand why she’s even a manager. Treats customers and employees like trash.

Prices r higher here than other locations. Staff was trying to get me spend more today.
Usually get food quick. Cleaning staff r always courteous.
Often tables r not clean. Staff r sitting around talking or outside chatting and smoking.

Because they are helpful in what your looking for when it comes to the care of tour car or truck

I needed a quick afternoon snack to hold me over until dinner time. So, I stopped there & my food was fresh

They made me select one star and they employees come to my store to steal. I will never send people to that store to eat. And they have bugs in the restroom. One employee threw my food down and still got my order wrong. And instead of making my food I seen the teenager back there playing around too. And the fires say cold.

Slowest McD in the country. And they get the food wrong. I only go here if I absolutely have to.

If you are a people watcher, this the place to be! All walks of life prow through here. Service is good and full of personality. You will enjoy your dine in visit.

We were able to use the drive thru while someone was bleeding out from a gunshot wound in the lobby.

The worst McDonald's of all the 1's in Cincinnati service is slow food is almost always wrong half full fry boxes that's cold I dont have nothing positive to say bout this place maybe 1 time a year the ice cream machine work
