McDonald's, Batavia OH

Its just like any other McDonald's but at midnight after leaving the hospital you wouldn't expect a long line but there was it moved at a decent pace.

Incredibly rude staff when I asked the manager (savanna) for the main customer service number she purposely gave me the wrong number. I guess they just let anyone manage the place.

Drive Thru moved at a steady pace. Food was good. I like this McDonald's. I always order the Vanilla Iced Coffee with a shot (s) of espresso in it. It helps make the coffee flavor be a bit stronger! My husband loves the sweet tea.

Dutch an finn always get their order right 2 plain cheese burger's lol they know an respect the pups.knowing Dutch is a retired miltary mwd an finn is side kick.an we think it's fun to see the other people's reactions when you see this Belgium mailgator hanging out the sunroof waiting for his cheese burger after along day of mommy working.have a great day everyone.thanks for the wonderful staff.

Always seem kind and professional to me there were two young gentleman working the drive threw and did a great job

Go threw there every mourning an half the time i drive off with alot of other cars because you sit at the speaker an they dont say anything and wont take your order 10 cars drove off this morning

Hey i am warning everyone that there are needles EVERYWHERE! I went to change my granddaughters diaper and 2 capless needles were laying on the Changing table! I took pictures and i am definitely Calling corporate and the health department!

That was the McDonald's experience I have ever had. Like everyone I stop at Mickey D's fairly often. But today everyone was polite and my food was fresh! I mean everything was great! So thank you! Put a smile on the face of an ole girl coming from the hospital.

Well who does'nt? One thing i love is all drinks are one low price $1dollar any size, thats where all other restrants get you! Not Macdonalds, this restrant is oh so clean! Thanks, Dee

Got a double quarter pounder was so undercooked. Ordered lg fries gave small and med fry both cold. Pos place

This particular McDonald's is increasingly frustrating. It's always been subpar service (you know how different locations vary), the service and employees are fine, but you'll get the wrong order enough to notice.

But the lobby hours are awful and change every day and are never the same. Don't come after 9 and expect the lobby to be open because its completley random.

Order was wrong, shocker. But they fixed it without much argument. Funny, the grill ticket was right. Some one needs to learn to read here.

Come here if you want to sit and wait as told only to be served after someone pulls up after you. Go to mount orab McDonalds.you wont get skipped and wont take over 5 minutes in the drive through at 5am with literally 2 people in line.

Fast, convenient and semi cheap! I do wish they had more options that were healthier though. It would be nice to satisfy the youngest and not have to cave in and jump off track from trying to eat healthy. Have more salad options and fresh salads would be best, not already made ones if possible.

This was a horrible experience they gave our order to someone else then they messed the sandwiches and we had to pull over and they never brought our food out we had to go in and get our food

My daughter loves the new playplace. Its been open for a while I think but we just got around to going. Service was great and good food.

Came in with a large Mcappetite, left with an even bigger Mcsmile 10/10 will be back tomorrow morningsee ya soon Mcmuffin

Very clean and discreet, however the production of orders where confused and irregular. We had to wait 15 minutes for a Big Mac and Chicken Nuggets large fry was half full, moreover the napkins, ketchup, cup lids where all empty.

We hit mc Donald's all the time.and back in 1977 I use to work there
I had a good time. And the food is very good. Our granddaughter like to go there when ever we get her for a weekend
