McDonald's, Cincinnati OH

Service and food excellent. But they charge more than 30 cents extra for drinks than what I am used to.

Always out of stuff like vanilla iced coffees. Don't know why i even bother going to this location anymore

Bad service. These high school kids they hire has bad customer service skills. When you order food they talked to you like your bothering them.

Often times get your order wrong! Check it before you leave. The wait can also be long and I don't think there's been a time when I haven't been asked to pull around to wait. I've gotten fresh food out of it though so it's just ok.

I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Dawn, one of the evening managers. We were at the emergency pet hospital next door and I walked to McDonalds to grab a quick meal since we hadn't eaten. The dining room had just closed, but she came to the door and asked if I had walked there and if I needed something. She was very kind to me and assisted me, even though she did not have too. Please let me add that I am a Caucasian lady and she is an African American lady, and with all the animosity in our city, I feel blessed to have met her! She has a huge heart and was very compassionate. It may have been a small thing to her, but I will always remember her kindness. We can all learn a lot from her. Thank you Ms. Dawn! You have a beautiful heart!

Service was exactly what you expect from McDonald's. Excellent crew! Typical fast food menu and prices

I don't care for McDonald's food, yet I love the ice cream cones. The $1 cones were a decent size. The price per cone increased, ice cream per cone decreased. I then became an unhappy customer!

Check your food drinks before leaving drive order a combo no fires with combo wrong drink coke but not diet

Very friendly staff and customers playplace is nice and rest rooms were very clean. PlatPlayp is hard for little ones steps r kinda far apart

Morning crew is great! I enjoy the crew every morning! Evening staff personality is good, but slow service is frustrating (they could do better)

Slow food. The managers seems to not care. Under staffed and under trained. Not only do I recommend never to visit this location I'll recommend closing it down. It's recently remodeled which was a waste of money with their current staff.

Now this McDonald's is a hit-or-miss the people are usually very nice but there's been a few times my food was either incorrect or just not fresh at all

We went to McDonald's for breakfast it was hot and freash we got just what we ordered. There was a line in the drive thru. Thank happy dinning!

I seriously considered rating this a 2. We sat in the drive thru line for 24 minutes and there weren't that many cars in front of us. I'll never wait thst long again. It's ridiculous.

Look for somewhere to grab a sandwich before church decided to stop McDonald's on Whitten Road got me McDouble Fry's and a sweet tea the burger I had must have been sitting there before I got there cuz it was dry restaurant was not crowded my French fries was cold not a good experience at this McDonald's not going back

I love that my bestfriend smooth talked the girl at the register so well, that she gave us triple our order for free, and biggie sized our drinks.with unlimited refills! Thanks girl. She even showed us how to fake using the self checkout to, "pay" for our food. Thanks girl!

Terrible service, waited 25 minutes for my food and finally cancelled my order and got a refund. Then the manager got an attitude with me because I cancelled my order, acted like I shouldn't have been upset about waiting so long.

Went through drive thru. Didn't receive receipt because had no paper and then receive Food large french fry was filled up halfway gone back through drive thru to complain about Fry's then waited another 15 minutes got in a small order fries then told them that I ordered a large order of fries took another 10 minutes to receive that

Almost everything is hot and fresh after your order. But more importantly is the service. Which is GREAT! Manager keep the staff coordinated, the line cooks make sure your order made right, and the front line staff are there for you.as well. Always check your order before you leave as there is a small chance that something got by a back counter error or most likely you thought you ordered an item and it's missing! The place is clean and arranged very well. Even at lunch time you won't have to wait very long!

3 TIMES IN A ROW! 3 Times in a row that I order a happy meal for my son at this McDonald's and they don't put the chicken nuggets in the box. Is it too hard? Do they WANT to make kids cry? Either way, this place is incompetent.
