McDonald's, Cleveland OH

Almost everytime I order they send me to wait in the parking lot. Waiting 30 minutes it crazy

I had to order curbside because they was not putting the order correctly at drive thru trying to charge me more

Tried to use $2 10pc nugget coupon from McDs app on Jul 3rd around 12: 09. Use the app all the time and the folks here couldn't figure out how to get it to ring up correctly. Manager was kind of rude and wouldn't honor it either and told me pay full price or leave. Very dissappointed as someone who goes to McDs almost daily.

You better check your order before leaving the drive thru window because you cannot go inside. I had to go through the line twice just to get the food I ordered correct. Theres got to be a better solution to fixing botched orders instead of waiting a half an hour for "fast" food.

Every time I order an egg McMuffin something is wrong! Either the entire sandwich is wrong or there are egg shells in the damn sandwich, which happens often and is totally unacceptable!

They are slow 15 cars went through the OneDrive through while all they did was ask us what we wanted and didn't even give us a total we sat there for 15 cars going through and I told my dad he needed to leave before I get really angry

Needs quality improvement. Drive thru time's are slow. Food is mediocre and not being made properly. Fries are never fresh- cold or soggy.

This place seriously sucks it says they open 5: 30 am on the website but they don’t actually open till 6: 30am worst Mickey ds ever

I went through the drive thru, waited for 15 minutes for my order, went inside to talk to the manager and the place was filthy, I won't go to this one ever again.

It was great, although the play area is much smaller than before.the play land they had before looked a little safer than the new one they put up though it did stink after so many years. I love the new tables and chairs.very nice.

Breakfast extremely fast service if the person in front of you is not an idiot, took maybe 3 to 4 minutes to get food from transaction and receipt retrieval

Idk where I'm at I will wait to get to clark to even think about ordering McDonald's they nice polite and fast and a nice dinning place and very kid friendly.

They lied to me and told me that they didn't have a promotion that was going on maybe I have to go somewhere else

Pretty standard McD's. Everything was on point. Came out fast and accurate. They don't mess up too much these days or I'm getting lucky.:)

Service was good filling my order. But an employee had an attitude that was very unprofessional.

Early morning there's always an African American woman who takes my order was so pleasant she's so great she's so awesome great customer service skills she make sure my order is done correctly I always go back because of her great customer service
