McDonald's, Mt Orab OH

Didn't provide utensils or condiments for my or my father's meal. Good thing the gas station down the road permitted us to have utensils at no charge there or I would have been able to eat my sausage gravy and biscuits. Probably the last time we stop at this McDonalds in Mt. Orab for the foreseeable future although honestly the whole chain has substandard customer service.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE MCDONALD'S EATIN LIFE! WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN

Open lobby for take out with clean restrooms. Very friendly and patient staff. Thank you for making our pit stop "mocha" refreshing!

It was ok. Not very fast service. Alot of kids work there and in no hurry to get your food to you.

Its McDonald's, they've everywhere. Cheap and effective and not bad food. Always pretty solid if you ask me.

Just moved in the area and have been visiting McDonalds for breakfast. Really appreciated Millies help ordering at the kiosk couldn't believe how easy it is to use. Millie was very pleasant and helpful with providing everything we needed at our table too!

Burnt food got a sandwich and was black and chicken nuggets weren't cooked fully. Childs happy meal was a black peice of meat and only 3 people in drive through and was in line for 30 min.

Very slow at getting ur order. Had plenty of employees but very slow. Do not think they should have machines to order that's very impersonal. And that's taking jobs away from people!

Pathetic at BEST. NO ONE understands the concept of customer satisfaction.and yes I CAN say that having 10+ years as a GENERAL MANAGER of a minimum of one store in food service.

Not sure if I trust it to order any food seeing as how the bathrooms we're not in the greatest condition. Seriously question the cleanliness of the place

They just got don't renovating this McDonalds last week or so. Service seemed a bit faster than before. Haven't had any problems with this McDonalds except they messed up on my drink order a couple times but accidents happen.

They were slow in Bethel And instead of pulling up into a spot waiting for your food you just had to wait in line.

My husband and I went in to order our food and had planned on eating inside! But after we got our food all the tables were not cleaned off. I wouldn't sit at none of these tables. We ended up sitting in our car to eat. There is no excuse for this in any restaurant. They were not busy from what I could see! And they had a lot of employees there. Also I noticed a lot of flies flying around when I was standing there ordering my food.

Went through the drive thru and to pull up and wait for a freeze drink. If they can't get that together- id be worried about ordering a meal!

This is the second time this month I have stopped in for a sundae and the machine is broke! Also stopped in last month and it was broke to!

They always seem to mess up our special request orders after having us pull forward and wait for 10+ minutes. Very irritating!

Drive thru was slow. But went inside & was out in just a few minutes. I guess some people has forgotten how to walk

The Mt. Orab, Ohio McDonald's has the absolutely most infuriatingly slow drive thru AND lobby service I've ever encountered in my life! EVEN WHEN THERE'S NOT THAT MUCH BUSINESS! UGH!

Super slow drive thru. The bag of sliced apples in the happy meal were so sour they were not edible. They were one day away from expiring and looked ok but they tasted awful. Service was basically a hand reaching for my money at the first window and a hand shoving food at me at the second window. The cashier must have been having a bad day is all I can figure. They did actually get the order right though.

Always clean and neat, staff usually polite. I rarely go to this location though because I absolutely hate the double lane drive through. People cut in front of you and get mad when you try to take your turn pulling up. Seriously.it’s no quicker. Isn’t McDonald’s fast enough without doing this?
