McHugh Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, Zanesville OH

We had a great experience like always. The sales Rep Kevin was very helpful and great to work with as was the rest of the team. You guys will always have my business.

Oil change was fine. But my engine light came on coming down there did not see it but did not get resolved.

Honestly, the customer service is getting worse. I do not even believe my oil is being changed. Just went in for an oil change this week and the desk attendant was more worried about clipping his fingernails than asking why I drove in for service.

I usually am extremely happy with the work that has been done by the people at McHughs, but this particular time, I was frustrated. The problem is that my air conditioner stopped working well on Friday, it does cool a little, but it isn’t working as well as it did on Thursday! They checked it out, said that it didn’t have any holes in the Freon line, however it was working. They said that it is only supposed to cool to 20 degrees down. So, they said that it is cooling. Bottom line is that I had to drive to Columbus yesterday, I quite literally had to drive with my windows down the great majority of the time! I called back to them, they said to bring it in today, and they would see what they could do. The thing is that it worked beautifully on Thursday and before 3: 00 on Wednesday!

Had been to two other dealerships and experienced nothing but markups and false promises. Went to McHughs defeated and looked at the vehicle I went to see, test drove and was approved and signing papers and leaving with my new truck in less than an hours time! Exceptional service from start to finish.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! DON'T EVER BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE SALESMEN LIE JUST TO MAKE A BUCK.
MY CAR IS STILL IN THE SHOP. EVERYTHING I TOLD THEIR POS SALESEMEN EXAVIOR, HAS NOW BROKE. YEAH. I'LL SEE YOU ALL IN COURT. OHIO ATTORNEYS GENERAL WILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID AND HOW YOU SPOKE TO ME. YOU WILL NEVER SELL ANOTHER LEMON TO ANYONE ELSE EVER AGAIN!

They had me scheduled the next day. They first offered the same day but I couldn't with my schedule. They had it done in great timing and their service was great. Highly recommend!

I try to stay local and use McHugh. This last time was my best experience. I have horror stories of previous experiences. I had a hard time just getting an appointment. I tried several calls and got their recordings, but never a return can. I finally stopped in personally and got the best service writer ever. From appointment to repair to deliver and payment, he was perfect.

McHugh was awesome. In and out in no time. Cooper was super helpful. Everyone there is great. Had recent bad experiences with dealerships in home state of Delaware but totally different experience here.

My salesman did a good job, a motivated individual. The service dept did their job, not very sociable but they did their job. Financial was good also.

Great experience working with Cindy! We lived far away and she accommodated all our needs. We love our Jeep!

Really nice place friendly place. Dee was really helpful and quick got us in and out really fast. Will be going back again soon to get another one
