McKenzie's Flower Basket, Bowling Green OH

We used McKenzie's Flower Basket for our wedding (bouquets and boutonnieres) and they were very professional. You could tell Kathy really enjoys her job, she had a lot of good ideas and everything turned out perfectly! The morning of pick up was during the black swamp festival and she was ready for us as soon as we walked in the door with instructions for how to keep our flowers looking great for the wedding! Would definitely recommend for anyone! Flowers were beautiful and received lots of compliments!

The owners and the workers were very pleasant and easy to work with the flowers turned out beautiful however I ordered flowers and asked did they be delivered in the morning so that the person getting them could enjoy them all day at work they were delivered 20 minutes before the end of the day and that's really in my opinion not what you look for when you ask things to be delivered first thing in the morning

I was pleased with the service I received from this flower shop. They were helpful in working with me to select an arrangement and the recipient was grateful for the flowers and card. However, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to see a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered, and I was surprised that the final cost was higher than we had agreed upon without my authorization. For these reasons, I'm leaving a four-star review instead of a five-star review. Overall, I appreciate their efforts and would consider using them again in the future.

I called to order flowers for my brother's funeral on
Feb 13, proble one of the busiest days for them. First person to answer the phone was very short with me. She turned me over to James who had unbelievable patience. The flowers were perfect! Huge thank you James!

I love to go in once in awhile to pick out individual flowers just for fun.reasonable price, quality flowers, and theyll sometimes throw in some greenery for free! Lots of cute garden and home decorations to buy too.
