Truck driver here. Uhmmmmm, I'm not sure about these reviews to be honest. I arrived at 07: 45AM, and there were 6 trucks ahead of me, I walked to the security guard office and checked in. By 08: 10AM, I was given a door. Paperwork in hand by 09: 30AM. There is a portable toilet outside the shipping office, clean and neat location, and very friendly personnel. There is plenty of space for backing. My only concern is the extremely high/expensive Capstone lumper fee. It was $411 for 10 pallets. The broker pays for it anyways, but I thought it was very high. Other than that, pleasant delivery.

You will think your day is bad until u came here! Your appointment mean nothing, appointment was 600 and here we go 800 and still hanging outside absolutely bad place to deliver, avoid it if u can

Very slow process getting my load and paperwork back I've payed my lumper fee over 45 minutes ago and still at the door with a red light and called and Capstone is blaming McClain for taking so long

There is a zero star will give it to them, check in at 6 AM back at the door at 6: 30 am got unloaded in seven hours the unloaders keep sitting in the receiving office, talking and joking with the receiving guy. They used us us as a storage. Definitely don't recommend it.

Avoid this place.strict on appointment. They rejected my load when I was 15mins late due to heavy snowfall and I had to reschedule appointment, only to find the available date was one week after.

Always sameshit… they’re working app time and unloading provess very fast BUT lumper fee process veryyyyy lonngggg timeeeee … dont come here …

Checked in @ 8: 00 for 10: 00 appointment now it is almost 12: 00 they don't have door for me. Truckers Try to Avoid this place by any means.

Beside the reviews have no complain, arrive at 9: 45 pm for a 10: 30 pm appt waiting in line at the road was 4 trucks in front of me got door by 11: 15 pm and been unloading in about 2 hs

Capstone is the problem, trailer washout required for load, but then every time I get unloaded by capstone, the trailer is a mess, pay for unloading, yet broken pallets and trash always in my trailer, also load is always over or under, damaged product, probably their three pallet forklifts damaging product and breaking pallets, it’s a shame

The reviews about this place are 100% they take hours to unload you. They start counting pieces by hand which takes another couple hours. This is the worst type of receiver which are truck drivers worst nightmare.

They refuse a driver because he was let 30 minutes but my appointment is at 8: 00 am after 3 hours I spoke with security on the gate they tell me I don't care about your waiting or your appointment just stay in your truck

Avoid Avoid Avoid this place, if you are late more than 10 minutes you will wait 1 to 4 days. Unloading will take 3 to 6 hours.

Appr time was 10 30 pm have waituntil 12 45 am get a door and left receiver at 5 am very bad place to deliver
Receiving are not good do not haul for McLane you be disappointed

Mismanaged warehouse, your appointment time is fake, FCFS, don’t take a load that goes here, you’ll be waiting for hours.

They don’t deserve even 1 star, the worst place I ever seen. People at receiving are so bad, no respect for drivers at all. Unfortunately

Horrible company.takes hours to unload a driver and takes days to reschedule delivery appointment when shipper load your driver late. Driver got to MCLANE 50 min late and it took broker 4 days to make another appointment.

You check in at the guard shack, since you're in a line of trucks this could be a long walk. I got a door an hour after my appointment time. Lumper fee was $425 for a load of peeps. At least the guards were friendly.

No appointment you make your drunk storage when you need your brother to give you a call 1-11-23 10 hour waiting for now it’s not worth it at all

Worst ever appt was at 1030 pm got there at 9: 30 didn’t get a door till around 2-2: 30ish didn’t touch the trailer till about 4 am after that things went pretty fast they do unload fast had paperwork by 5: 30 what is the point of the appt time if your not gonna stick with it
