It's been my home for over a decade. It's quiet, safe, and close to major highways and bigger cities. Expensive for a trailer park but still fair enough to get by. Friendly and helpful maintenance crew around. Well managed.

Very Nice mobile home park, but was disappointed to find out that they don't except dogs that are prescribe as a special help to someone who is disabled!

I’ve visited this place twice in the last year and it’s always very well kept and very clean. I would highly recommend this place as long as you don’t have pets. I stopped in because I was seriously considering staying here but I have a dog so I was disappointed, but if you don’t have pets this is the place to be, in my opinion. A comment below stated that the lot rent was high but it was almost half the lot rent of another park in the same vicinity. I’ve been shopping around. And I agree with the owner’s response about the speed bumps. If you’re driving at a reasonable speed it should not be a problem. Those that are complaining are those that need to slow down.

Speed bumps are far too excessive and very hard on vehicles.

Seems like a safe place to live, very clean, but the lot rent is a bit much. They need a little convenient store there that's reasonably priced.

Grandma lives here very nice quiet and clean environment to live in
