The ONLY reason I purchased this product from this seller was that they offered a 24-hour GUARANTEED delivery. After 24 hours, they emailed me and said it would be another two or three days after the guaranteed delivery time. Was it two or three days later than guaranteed? Not even close. I keep getting updates that my delivery date is being pushed back. Had I known this, I would have purchased from another seller. I wish Amazon would crack down on these worthless companies/sellers who offer next-day service and don't deliver. I needed this for a CPR class that I was teaching. Did it show up? Nope. MCR Medical totally disappointed.

I have been teaching CPR since 2007 and it wasnt until about 2017 that I found MCR Medical and I have been extremely happy with their products and even more so customer service. The products are amazing and will last forever. Prices are reasonable for what you get. Definitely cant complain about that. Recently I needed some pocket training masks and because I like the adjustable ones I reached out to them in November asking when they'd be back in stock. I was told they'd contact me when they were back in stock and a couple weeks ago or so I got an email that they were in stock. That's impressive! Also, there was an accidental product sent to me that was wrong from what I ordered, and I reached out to them and spoke with Ashley and they overnighted me the correct product without extra charge. So much great things about these people! I'm all the way in NM and I will continue to use their company and refer all my friends and fellow instructors to them. I've dealt with other companies and you don't get the customer service like MCR Medical. I cant speak highly enough about them. Thank you all!
