Meadowood Apartments, Zanesville OH

Wow I just called to inquire about an apartment. Ok I get there's not alot to move in ready. However edie your short temperament and saying "You're going to a great difficulty of finding something in two weeks. " Well madame if you had let me finish, I have been looking for 5 months now and not been able to find anything.

You're unprofessional and plain rude. Should've just read the reviews about her. She's a horrible manager and doesn't know how to speak eloquently or with professionalism.

Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about what the amenities are and what units are available. Very rude!

I contacted the office inquiring about an apartment. The manager I spoke with asked me extremely personal questions about my finances and spending habits. She figured it all up and flat out told me that I could not afford an apartment in her complex. I was offended because I knew what I could afford and could not. She made a swift judgment based on very little and inappropriate information. I’ll never consider this place as long as she’s the manager.

My experience with Edie was discriminatory and rude! She told my fiancé that her company only rents to married couples! I have been in property management myself for 14yrs and would be applauded to have this manager running my business!

The landlord Edie. Is extremely rude and unfair. I think Meadowood apartments would be a lot better with out her. Edie is so negative and rude that even her own husband chooses to stay in a apartment there vs living with her. She’s also hard to communicate with. Office is always closed, she never returns phone calls.only emails. I will definitely be looking for a new apartment once my lease is up.
