Med Mart is a handy place to get those needed assistive devices as you age, or a surgical procedure. They have a wide range of things that you may need. My mother has shopped at Med Mart for years, and she is happy with all the people that work at Med Mart.

On behalf of Jim Garner he thanks Med Mart and their personnel, especially Jeni Rivers, for assisting him with a remote recliner. The care and concern with making sure that the chair fit his personal size and needs was very commendable. Ms. Rivers was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the process of purchasing, availability, and delivery. I highly recommend MedMart of Kettering!

Beware! I made the enormous mistake of buying an electric wheelchair online from Med Mart. The seat on the chair was extremely uncomfortable and so I wanted to return it. I simply opened the box, took it out, sat in it, and knew it would’ve work.
So in order to return it I would have to pack it back up, take it to UPS store, pay over $100 to ship it back (and I live in the same state) then I would be charged 20% “restocking fee” which was $530! Add that to shipping and I was out over $600. Of course Med Mart said “sorry that’s the policy” nothing they can do. After much back & forth they said if i bought another chair from them, the fees could be negotiable.
So, which is it?
I purchased the chair for an upcoming trip & without the $600 I didn’t have enough $ left to buy the kind of chair that had same features.
So I ended up keeping the chair, investing in an expensive cushion and hoping for the best.
The chair itself worked fine but I was not as comfortable as I know I could’ve been if I’d bought it IN-PERSON from a store.
When you buy online they don’t care if you’re disabled or elderly, they care about money only.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

The lift chair is very comfortable and pretty. The two men who delivered the chair were pleasant and professional.
The chair is a gorgeous red color

Tywana Houston was one of the most helpful staff I've ever encountered - knowledgeable, courteous and smiling. I bought my Rollator walker and left happy with the entire experience.

Med mart sold 2 lift chairs and 2 scooters to my parents and from day one the one chair did not operate properly. The chair was for my dad who has passed and never used the chair as it never worked properly still has the tags on it and they will not come and repair the defective chair so we can sell it without charging a fee to come and repair a chair that did not work properly to begin with. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM MED MART!

Twice I came into your store and both times I was met by Tywana Houston with a smile on her face. I explained to her what I was looking for and how I wanted to use it and both times she pointed me in the right direction. She was kind, courteous and knowledgeable of the different scooters. She explained the ups and downs of each scooter based on what I was using it for. If she didn’t know the answer she was quick to find out and give you the correct information. The second time I came in I purchased the Pride go go Ultra Scooter. I have already used it and I am so pleased with it. Thank you Tywana for all you did for me and my wife in helping us select the best scooter for us. You are the epitome of what a salesperson should be like.

This review is for MedMart for online. I dealt with their customer service who told me lies when I tried to get a refund. First they said it would take 7 to 10 business days from the time the shipment I received in error was received by the manufacturer. So I waited. Nothing was started. Then I was told it would take another 7 to 14 business days from the time they received the credit from the manufacturer. So since I didn't believe them at their word I took matters in my own hands and reported the incident to my credit card company; that first of all I never received my product and then they lied to me one at least one occasion and possibly the second time. I did have to wait addition 10 business days but I got my money. Then they have no way of deleting my online MedMart account and the webmaster designed so the customer cannot delete either. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. I got my product at Amazon from the same manufacturer as they order from and for about the same price is an upgraded product!

Tony has been a tremendous help every time we have gone to the store. Our questions are met with thoughtful, knowledgeable responses. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the right lift chairs for my parents. From what we have witnessed when he is helping other customers, and from our own experience, he is consistently both personable and professional.

My experience was very satisfying. I've been suffering from an injury since 2002. Jenny Moore was very helpful in getting me approved and fitted with my knee brace in no time!

Finding MedMart Kettering was like finding an oasis in the desert. I called first to ask if they had a rolling commode in stock, but they did not. The lady on the phone was helpful and courteous. I decided to make a trip to the store just to see if they had something that would work. I was able to find several things that will make life so much easier. Tywana helped me pick out the correct items and even had some suggestions for things that might help as well. The diabetic foot lotion they sell worked miracles on my FILs feet. They look amazing. No more parmesan cheese feet for him. The staff were kind and encouraging as well. I will be back for any future needs. Thank you!

First, I must say when I purchased my “Lifeway Stairlift” from Med Mart Cincinnati, all went “AS AGREED. ” On 2/13/23 I ordered from Med Mart Kettering (Terina) a “Radiance” Power Lift Chair for $1999.oo and was told that it should be in within about 10 days to two weeks. I had follow-up questions the next week, so I called to speak with Terina. Her voicemail message actually said that she would get back to me at “HER EARLIEST CONVENIENCE. ” After not hearing from her the next day, for the next five days I left a message each day on her phone and with an employee of the store, but without success of ever talking with her until 3/20/23 when she called to schedule delivery of my new chair on that day. I fully understand delays, but what I DO NOT ACCEPT, is very poor customer service from my Salesperson. Since this poor customer service experience, I’ve purchased a Power Wheelchair for approximately $3,000.oo from a different company.

I’m just making the point that customer service is needed and important, especially to some of us older business people who believed in and still do believe in GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ALL OTHER EXPERIENCES I’VE HAD WITH MED MART HAVE BEEN SATISFACTORY AND AS EXPECTED.

First time here and Tony assisted us in purchasing a Lite Rider mobility power wheelchair. All the staff was very friendly and we will def return as my disease progresses and needs change. Thank you Tony!

Extremely knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Kim and Terina were easy to work with, especially in expediting our order.
Chris & Jacob did an excellent job with the installation of the chairs.
Highly recommend this facility, they stock the products that others do not.
