Medical Spa NP, Lancaster OH

What a perfect place this is. I had my 1st appt.there today. Awesome folks; all of them. I had a lot of cholesterol removed from my face. Lindsey was great at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She removed it all with no pain. (She is a brilliant person too!) This is the place for me for my needs from now on.

Just had a massage at medical spa np, with Angela. She's AMAZING! I feel so much better! I'm going to sleep good tonight. This is such a beautiful place. I can't believe how many awesome ways to pamper yourself. Facial, massage, and so many things to make you feel better and feel beautiful! Whether you want to try filler, bodysculping, weight loss or micro needling, this is just the place! Love it

Had a great 1st appointment today as a new client. My expectations were far exceeded by Saleena & Lindsay (the owner). This is not a stuffy, snooty med spa that tries to oversell you on things you don't need. It's an inclusive & inviting atmosphere with a staff that's authentic and sincere about helping you achieve your goals.

I simply have to leave a review. I had an amazing appointment, upon walking in I was greeted by the most awesome staff member Chaz! He truly made me feel like I have been a client there forever.

Christa and Lindsay are compassionate and knowledgeable. Women helping other women with whole body care. They work with all budgets and comfort levels. No Judgements! Priceless! Thank you!

Lindsey and team are all fantastic to have procedures done by with excellent bedside manner. Highly professional facility with top of the line products with a clean facility with cute new front decor makes you feel super comfortable. I drive 45 minutes to visit this place as its best in class!

Was just here as a new patient and the person that checked me in at the front desk was amazing, I think his name was Chaz! The decor of the office is gorgeous and comfortable too. I am now a lover of Medical spa Np!

Medical spa NP has truly changed my life! Before I had my first appointment here I was spending $80 every 4 weeks for a face wax. My situation was so embarrassing and I truly had so much anxiety about my facial hair. I put off laser for a long time because it was so expensive. Also I couldn’t stand the thought of shaving my face in between appointments. I found medical spa and they made me feel at ease (especially with the shaving-everyone is doing it now!). The cost was reasonable and I was able to pay overtime which helped:)! From the first appointment with Lindsey to my last (I saw someone else the last appointment and she was wonderful- didn’t catch her name) I felt at home! The treatments started to work after my second appointment or so and I was able to get my confidence back. Going from something I covered up everyday and worried about to it not even being a thought in my mind anymore…what a wonderful feeling. I tell everyone about medspa and if you are considering laser hair, just do it. You won’t regret it:) thank you ladies!

I have seen Tina, Ciara, Keitha and Lindsay now, and I am impressed by all of them. The knowledge, the skill, and their personalities are all so great! They make me feel comfortable in a somewhat vulnerable situation. My skin looks SO much better than it did just 6 months ago, I am very happy with the results thus far! And Chaz is a great new addition!

The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for over three years and always refer my friends. If you have a plan and think you can’t afford what you want, the amazing staff will help make an affordable solution. I have always loved this beauty spa and with the newest staff, I see even more improvements! This is a place for everyone to go for beauty treatments, weight loss, massages, hormone therapy and affordable products. I have to mention Chaz as well. He is working on the updated website, which will bring attention to current offers, updates, new products, the amazing staff and a list of discounts!

Unfortunately things were great until they didn't keep their word/promises or return messages.

Lindsay was able to address my concerns. She did blood tests that my primary care doctor didn't do and offered treatments ALONG WITH lifestyle modifications to improve my health. If you have a doctor that throws pills at your seek alternatives. I feel this clinic is a good mix of Eastern and western medicine.

Christa is always so friendly. She always makes me feel comfortable with whatever I am being seen for. She also always knows the answers to one of the many questions i normally have. I feel she is very knowledgeable and professional.

Very fortunate to have found this business! I was a previous client at ideal image prior to finding out about Lindsay. Stopped treatment with Ideal after a couple of sessions. You get much better treatment here and it is far more affordable! Medical spa offers the same services and more! Excellent staff! I highly recommend this place. Give Medical spa NP a chance. You will be glad you did!

UPDATE: It has been over a year and my end results for laser hair removal are amazing! I couldn't be happier.

A pleasant relaxing experience in having a facial. The Spa is very welcoming and classy. Their skin care expert, Ciara, is extremely knowledgeable and talks you through everything she is doing, and the products she is using. My place to go for total relaxation!
